      I visited Wuhan in 2013/14 before it was subjected to undue stigmatisation because of the latest pandemic.

      The hot dry noodles were delicious, crossing the bridge over the Changjiang or Yangtze as you may know it was awesome and views spectacular from the Yellow Crane Tower.

      who negged this 😂

      • I'm still wondering too

    • It looks there is no “i” in your family.

    Just travelled to Beijing with Hainan Airline. Food is above average, the entertainment unit is great.

    Hainan Airlines is one of the top carriers in all of Asia. Do recommend at this price.

    If you wanted to do a longer stopover, jump on the train from Haikou to Sanya and enjoy the Chinese Hawaii. There's everything from budget hotels to the 6 star global brands to choose from and given how close to the equator it is, it's similar to Vietnamese or Thailand beach resorts.

    • @Bmxr how would you do a longer stopover?

      The flight from Sydney to Shanghai only allows for a 9-hour layover, which isn't sufficient to explore the city or enjoy a hotel stay( for me) Unfortunately, using the multi-city tool doesn't provide many options, and the prices are significantly higher. Additionally, the airline won't assist with adjusting the booking because it was made through an agent, rather than directly with them. I'm really keen to hear your suggestions on how to arrange for a longer stopover.

      • Sorry Tim, I didn't get to delve in to the specifics of the deal, just assumed that since it was Hainan Airline, they might want to incentivise people to stay a little longer in Hainan. Perhap OP BTF can provide any advice on a stopover option if available?

        If not, they are still a great airline to get in to Mainland China, particulary at this price!

    RIP brisbane. Hard to get direct flights anywhere now from Bris. Recently went to KL and had to fly on Batik.
    I never see good deals for Bris now.

    OP, perhaps put Sydney & Melbourne in the title?

    Every part in China is different in terms of food, view or culture. Not like fish and chips everywhere…

    2 things ive noticed;

    i hate your site with all the crappy ads that pop up - skyscanner, booking.com and trip.com do excatly the same as your website…just redirects it so no point using it. Actually most of the deals are on those websites …so no point in posting the same thing just to be redirected to there websites.
