$2 Boost Juice @ Chatswood Westfield NSW (with Voucher)

Got this via email, $2 boost juice.. give it a try.. the store Manager (Anthony) does not like to honor them.. so not too if will work for other people. Give it a try..it does say "No Questions Asked!"..

    Got the email. Tried it, but the counter chick told me no and told me 'maybe next time'. wtf ?

    • Did you get the Boost Club email or do you mean you 'got' the one copied above? If you have the email, show them it (on your smartphone) and then ask for a specific reason they're refusing it. Write down exactly what they say.

      • TJ, I got the email but they refused because I didn't have the card with me at the time. No where in the email, it says I need a card with me.

    • Okay. I live in Chatswood so I tried again. In short, they accepted this time. It was a different girl. I didn't see any guy there, so maybe 'Anthony' wasn't there. Showed them the email. They asked for the card again but I took of the card lying around at home, but she said it was a different card to the one that I got email. I told her I honestly have no idea which is which because I got couple lying around at home. Anyway, she just said she will give me one just today. So got rip off $6.20 juice for $2.

      I'd check first he's not the Anthony a bit of googling suggests does own that Boost, along with several other locations.

      I agree, these voucher deals with ozbargainers using them are really getting out of hand and are showing the ugly side of OZB members i.e Coles, Woolworths vouchers etc.

      • Who conducts an email promotion and doesn't accept print outs?
        Seriously, stores that hide behind terms and conditions should never issue vouchers in the first place.

          Who wilfully posts these vouchers that are obviously sent to individually intended persons up on a public forum?
          Seriously people should stop trying to exploit 'good will' of some companies.

          The only mistake Boost made here is not assigning unique barcodes etc. This 'Anthony' manager is obviously right in his mind to stop the store accepting theses vouchers since someone had to post it up and ruin it for all the legitimate people who received the email.

        • I see your point but what about the other people who legitimately received the coupon? The companies should just suck it up and fix the promotion for next time. I would be pretty pissed if i legitimately got this in an email and then was refused at the counter. Because its boost's fault for not putting a unique barcode in the first place, not the customers

        • I never said it wasn't Boost's fault for not putting unique vouchers, I said that was THEIR mistake, honestly if I was Boost I'd restart the promotion with unique codes or I don't know why they don't just load it on to the Vibe card which they already have in place.

          Lol at the negative voters, go have a cry its a smoothie and obviously it wasn't intended for you. Neg away.

  • No-one is going to get this $2 boost. And this Anthony person would make sure the staff know it.

  • It might be more helpful to others in the future if the exact reason the offer was refused is posted rather than the unsubstantiated claim that the guy just doesn't like to honour them. I doubt those were his exact words.
