Pretty cool, I'm now up to $8.80 credit for nothing even after using it a fair bit in Japan in January. Credit doesn't expire so this would be handy for next trip.
Only problem is they don't cover Singapore, which is where I usually go every year, otherwise I'd be tempted to actually give them some money.

Where do I enter the promo code during sign up? Is it after I create the account via the app?
After. Add to promo code box in app. Same box for winter23 and love24. Referral credit doesn't appear until after you add funds, the other 2 are instant.
after you're setup, about halfway down the app screen on right hand side it says "Use promo code". (I just tried it via my app, LOVE24 didn't work for me, but WINTER23 still worked, YMMV)

Not without its bugs. My phone says "esim is invalid or already in use" and when I tried to add funds by Google pay they're is a merchant error.
Support was super quick and helpful. Sent me a QR code to add esim. Worked first time.

Most of our destinations have multi-network coverage. In Australia it's Optus and Telstra.
We do have quite a bit of users who keep Roamless eSIM as a backup in their home countries, switching operators for coverage as needed, the eSIM or the balance never expire and it's all pay-as-you-go.
Does it roam on the full telstra network or telstra wholesale? Would be a great option for occasional coverage in remote areas if it is the full telstra network. I think I will have to try it.
Can someone confirm this eSIM shows up as BICS on the phone?

Hey Ram. BICS and Proximus are eSIM partners. (The only difference between them is the APN configuration in case you need to manually check settings.)
We are now live in Thailand (just added), and Vietnam (plus 100+ more destinations) are coming over the next 2-3 months :)
