PSA check market place for brand new iPads.I managed to pick up a 256gb for $570 that was still sealed. I registered it online for the warranty and it showed that it was purchased in Jan.

Apparently OW has updated their policy that the membership requirement has been removed from their policy.
Office works store close to me did the price beat Costco price for me few months all ago. So I would say, worth a shot.
I paid using gift cards (I got those gift cards at 10% off).

Buying an iPad with home button in 2024 is wild. The iPhone X ditched the button in 2017. The iPad Pro 3 ditched the button in 2018. I'm aware the iPad 10 ditched it too and there aren't any other options at the price range of the iPad 9 but it's still pretty ludicrous to me.

Umm, new ipad arriving next month… new models… will these get discounted more?
Rumours are pointing to a the Pro and maybe Mini being updated soon.
The 'regular' iPad to be updated later this year with the gen 11.
At this point I'd expect this 9th gen model to be completely discontinued.
There will also be a new iPad Air. Yeah, I would expect to see discounts up until the release of the new models, then tend not to see anymore discounts on the older models.
