  • Bought the white one yesterday on Amazon just got delivered. It says new on the sticker so hopefully it's the 4000 kPa version

    • It says new on the sticker so hopefully it's the 4000 kPa version

You can't tell but it did work well anyway.

  • 287 with coupon now.

    • Amazon still has it on sale :)

      • For 279.99? Amazon still says 3000Pa

        • $235.99 on Amazon

mine arrived today … it says "New" on it which from the other threads is meant to be the new updated version with 4000Pa

I plugged it in, let it charge .. then got it to do it's mapping. It was kinda freaky watching it spin around and do it's thing and then a lil while later a map appeared in the app.

It HATES mirrors … it's like it can't get past them so it just says .. there might be something beyond this but I can't get there to investigate!

Anyways .. it pretty much split my whole house up into zones … I did have to adjust the hall way so it wasn't merged with another room .. but it was pretty accurate.

I didn't put the mop on because we do have rugs and stuff around the place .. so last thing I want is for it to mop them. I think i'll need to spend a lil bit more time mapping areas to adjust for the rugs.

When you did a section clean .. it shows on the app where it is and it will go up and down … it was pretty good and you could actually see "lines" in one of the rugs .. coz one would be facing one direction and the next bit another (coz it's zigzagged back)

It got stuck under the tv cabinet … and couldn't figure out how to get out .. so I had to put an exclusion zone there.

It didn't go down a 3cm drop near the front door .. it detected the floor was a different height and stopped itself.

Overall I'm quite impressed. Now I'm just waiting for the new model dust collector to come out … because it picks up a heap of dog hair that I didn't even know existed lol

          • @CereaL: Yeah no doubt. It's a great vacuum for the price. I have one downstairs. Looking to get one upstairs

          • @CereaL: I hope you're right on the upgrade… I bought it. Anyone else able to weigh in?

            • +1

              @Papag:

I hope you're right on the upgrade

              Nobody can tell.

              • @superforever: Yeah I asked the customer service how can we tell if we got the 4000pa. They won't answer. My label has "new" as well. They only said they guarantee it s the new one haha and offered me free mop accessories not to return it.

              • @superforever:

                Nobody can tell.

What's the consensus by now? Surely enough bargainers have received it now to form an opinion

                • @Papag: As soon as it did a good job, doesn't matter 3000 or 4000pa.

Personally wanting to use this one on carpet with a dog so would love more suction

But no way for us to tell if the one we have is 4000 or 3000.

Is this the most certain answer we have had? They're still selling 3000Pa

                        • @Papag: WTF!! People bought from their store directly still not sure their is 3000 or 4000

This is the message I received on 29/1/24

                          Hello,
I apologize for not replying to you in time due to the weekend holiday.
I really apologize for causing you any misunderstanding. After receiving your message, we will begin communication and investigation with our sales channels.
I hope you can give me a chance to explain to you:
The suction power of the white SL60D has been upgraded to 4000Pa. The Amazon platform is the first to update the data, but our website failed to display the 4000Pa parameters successfully due to background system problems. In addition, the product labels provided by the logistics department have not been updated simultaneously.
This incident is an oversight in our brand management. All departments of the company failed to update information in a timely and unified manner, which caused trouble to customers. It is our responsibility and we cannot absolve ourselves of the blame.
I apologize that this has caused you trouble. To express our apology, we will send you a dust box.
Looking forward to your further reply.
                          Yours truly,
                          Joy

                              Uhhhhhh, so what's the truth?!

                              IDK 🤔

                              • @superforever: The mystery deepens

                                Hello,
Based on the information you mentioned, we contacted Amazon support, kindly please see the following info:
                                1. The product has indeed been upgraded to 4000PA suction power, and the performance has also been improved. However, because we did not create a new link, directly on the original 3000PA link to sell, resulting in the problem of mislabeling. Since the product is in an Amazon warehouse, as a seller we can't change the label again.
                                2. I understand your feelings, if it was me who encountered this kind of thing, I would certainly be the same to doubt, and not believe in this brand and business. To express our apologies, we will send you some mop cloth accessories. Please tell us your address and contact number. Hope you can keep our product and give it a chance.
If you have any questions, please contact Amazon support. Thank you.
Also regarding the price of our platform, I'm sorry, it is already the lowest price. The prices of different platforms are different.
Thanks for your understanding and support.
                                Kind Regards,
                                Max

                                • @Papag: Ask them again why their Q&A a few days ago said this

                                  https://www.amazon.com.au/ask/questions/Tx1RGXATI649J2N

                                  • @superforever: Asked both eBay and Amazon PM why they said that

                                  • @superforever: Their answer is in! Blame the new kid!

                                    Hi Grant,
I apologize for the misunderstanding caused to you. After we received your message, we investigated it for the first time.
I hope you can give me a chance to explain:
After verification, this question you saw was replied to by our new colleague. Due to the new colleague's short time on the job and the complexity of the robot's construction, the new colleague was not familiar enough with the product and replied directly based on the page description. We apologize for this. In order to prevent this problem from happening again, we have contacted our technical department to train our new colleagues on the product. We sincerely hope we can get your understanding.
We have urgently applied to Amazon to modify this Q&A, but unfortunately, it cannot be modified or deleted due to Amazon's platform rules. We are also looking for other solutions to avoid causing misunderstanding to more customers.
Please rest assured that all our products have been upgraded to 4000PA and our review is still in progress and will change all the information on the page to 4000PA soon.
We sincerely look forward to your further reply.
                                    Yours truly,
                                    Joy

                                ello Grant,
