    breakdown would be good, with the tough times I'm having to buy 90% lean mince at Costo for $10kg in bulk pack and steaks at Aldi for a treat, hopefully these guys trump both.

    quality with mince is easy, especially if it's chuck for burgers vs diet mince, for rump depends if the slide is from the head end or tail end of the rump, like buying eye fillet where centre cut and / mignon is best vs butt end, it's all about which part of the cut you get.
