I had a weird thing. Had reception issues with my Telstra service. But also had a freebie Boost sim active. Can see people climbing on the local tower, so explains the issue. So called Telstra. They applied a 12month compensation recharge. Checked my Telstra number…nothing..but checked the Boost sim, and there it was. 160Gb/ 12 months. So Telstra gave a Boost credit.

    • They're administrated by the same team as afaik (or so it seems)

  • I can never work out how to get to this flipping rewards section in the app

You could get into one of your accounts - savings/choice/credit card and scroll down to find ‘Rewards and Offers’. Or searching for ‘Rewards and Offers’ in the search bar.

  • I just checked and Westpac had unenrolled me from offers, had to log in to net-banking to re-enable >:(

  • This is also on citi bank credit card.
