I've used these guys on and off for years. Recently set up this $37 300GB plan (in an Optus-branded Huawei portable 4G modem) for my brother, who has no access to NBN and doesn't want to spend $85 per month on a 5G plan.
The service is absolutely fine, decent speeds for single-person general usage - no issue with Netflix, Prime, Apple TV etc. Their mobile app is simple but does the job.
Customer service is not great, they don't have call centres so you if you have an issue or want to cancel you have to message them or use online chat. But they're pretty responsive on those.
