  May I ask why Costco is so popular when they are the only shop/supermarket/department store.. etc etc (that I know of), that charge an annual entry fee before we can go inside their "warehouse" to shop for goods?

    From what I know, they primarily sell bulk goods at reduced prices,
    It’s good value if you go through a lot of products in a short time such as large families or lots of hosting.
    If you use the perishables before they expire, it can save you a lot but if you might not- you could end up just having to throw it out.
    So it really depends on the individual as to if it’s a valuable service or not ʅ（◞‿◟）ʃ
    But I’m not a Costco member myself so take my comment with a pinch of salt (^з^)-☆

    Of course. You fill out a paper and on the back it has a temporary one off membership barcode.
