Free Big Mac ($8.40) or Big Mac Medium Meal ($14) with Macca’s orders $20 or more. The cost of the free item counts towards the $20 minimum spend for the deal.

DashPass subscribers only. Delivery only. Use code: DPBM. Valid until 10/3 or while supplies last.

The promo banner mentions a free Big Mac but you can add an individual Big Mac or medium Big Mac meal from the item offers and the discount amount will update to whichever you chose. The promo was updated late 5/3 to exclude the Big Mac medium meal.

Limit four (4) redemptions per customer. Limit one (1) redemption per order. Offer not valid on gift or pickup orders.

    I have a really bad experience with Doordash. I ordered dinner through doordash , but the delivery person never came to my home. I called the customer service immedialtely and they said they would resolve the issue in 24hrs. Called again next day and they confirmed that delivery was not made, but still no refund. From next day, they started to hang up on me. Till date no refund. So bascailly they have the worst customer service and no one is there to take responsibility..

      Have you made many claims before? I'd made quite a few, for legitimate mistakes. But then apparently I'd hit my "cap" and they refused to refund me further. I'm certain that's illegal. Maccas sent me a quarter pounder instead of a double, I had photos and they wouldn't credit me. What a joke lol. Doordash are so dodgy man.

      I had something similar happen with Menulog. They drove past without attempting delivery so I immediately contacted support. Turns out autocomplete had replaced the address without the house number, even though the full address was registered to the account and used for previous orders. The driver made no attempt at contact via app, phone or text. Support said they could neither deliver the food nor refund the order.

    This is a better deal than the title sounds because store pricing varies and the one I looked at has the meal for $15.30 (and others even more expensive meaning the discount is higher) so only end up paying less than $5 + fee

    My last 2 orders from DoorDash were ridiculous.
    First one I order dough and bread form a bakery, the dough was full of rubbish even a metal bit inside. They refused to refund.

    Second order a sausage roll from Ferguson’s that lost 50% of the pastry so it was sitting in the warmer like that was completely dry.

    Never again.

        It’s not doordash’s fault.
        The dashers are taking the pis* - they arrive to pick up order when they want, they hang onto the order for as long as they want, they go in the opposite direction, they do other orders for ub eats and menulog before your order arrives, etc . All you can do is put a bad review for them. Whether DoorDash follows it up with them is another story.

          Agree , it could be the dashers. But for a customer, there is no one there ( except credit card company)to take the responsibility. So under what guarantee do you spend that money?

    Maccas is 50/50 for temperature and quality when you're standing at the counter buying it - I'll never understand the concept of ordering it with delivery time added while it chills even more in a paper bag

    They patched this by making the discount only apply on an individual Big Mac. You won't get it as cheap as OP pointed out, I can get a Big Mac and a large Chicken 'n Cheese meal for $13. So, it's technically okay as a discount but I can't really justify spending that much for two mid burgers… this should have been for the quarter pounder or double cheeseburger. I would much rather go for the MyMacca's deal which is so much cheaper

        They wont help.
