They took it offline yesterday but successfully price matched at OW a day earlier

      Well done.
Bunnings are taking the piss, it's gone offline again.

  • That was quick, OOS already.

  • Most stores only have limited stock (maybe 1 or 2) - https://nrby.in/bunnings/0509653

  • -1

    No stock in NSW OW

    • Just got one from Gledswood hills. They have more in stock and also stock available at other OW around here

  • Can you plug a device into the ethernet port on the mesh unit?

    • +1

      Yep you can.

    • +1

This is an easy way to effectivly add wifi capabilities to devices that are Ethernet only, like a CCTV NVR for example.

  • Does this do gig backhaul and a separate radio for wireless ??

    • +1

There is Gigabit Ethernet backhaul. Deco X50 is dual-band and doesn't have a separate tri-band radio.

thanks, got 1 from bunnings in keperra qld. Been needing to upgrade our home wifi for some time now.

Thanks got one from OW in Gledswood Hills. They have 1 more in stock.

Link shows as dead for me

    • You need to keep checking, it comes and goes.

Went to my local Bunnings but they couldn’t find it.

Ordered click and collect see what happens

Edit: they’re going to ship me one at no cost

  • I am currently using a TP Link OneMesh with a router and extender, 100Mbps, with about 20 devices. Would anyone happen to know if switching to the x50 would be a noticeable step up network performance?

    • +1

I have a similar setup as my backup system, it’s good but my overpriced orbi rbk852 is definitely better, also better than gen 2 google wifi in terms of range and reliability, just so consistent

      • Thanks Captain, sounds like a worthwhile upgrade compared to OneMesh

  • Any idea how to get OW pricing?

    • +3

I called OW to confirm stock, then when I arrived at OW, asked for price beat and showed bunnings product page with local store showing stock on hand. Hope that helps.

  • Nothing is working anymore, looks like office works and bunnings have yeeted it

    • Working for me now, probably having some issues.

  • +2

Just picked up one at North Lakes Qld. Last one. Looks like HN have put the price back up too

  • Bunnings page is down now

    • +1

      It’s working again.

      • The page is back but not the stock unfortunately

  • Office works now says stock unavailable - but jb-hifi did a price match for me - though they couldn't price beat.

    • Unavailable online but you can still check C&C stock.
