Also the same price at woolworths

  • We grabbed one last month. Not sure what the problem was but we couldn't get calls working at all & support never responded (other than saying that they closed the ticket when we ported out). Switched to another network this week & everything worked fine. Hopefully it's not a common.

Could be your phone doesn't do voLTE.

My phone stopped working on kogan and contacted them. Turns out they've got a terrible network (piggybacking off vodafone). Lebara does the same?

I put sim in another phone compatible with volte and it works OK :/

    • Your CALL work with Telstra/Optus 3G-network because they have YET-TO turn it off…but BOTH-WILL do so later this year. Vodafone recently turn-off their 3G-network & that is why your phone can't CALL with Lebara. Search sim's-Telco to find out which mobile-network they use.

Test your RE-placement phone with a sim-card that use Vodafone network, ie 4G-network for CALL-function. If it can CALL with Vodafone, then most likely that your RE-placement phone can also CALL with Telstra/Optus network: AFTER they turn-off their 3G-network.

Simply put, you're deferring your problem.

  • Officeworks links states: "70GB data provided on activations made by 31.05.22, 35GB from second month."

    Bit late for that?

  • Lebara stuffs up my iMessage!! Can’t send images over iMessage.

    • Cheap-providers' Technical-Support' tends to be operate by people trained with basic-knowledge, & NOT device-engineers.
Seems like a feature-issues associate with your specific-device…do your own readings…lots of 'trials & errors'. Good-luck.
