          • @geoffl: Yea, so far it's been ok but this one is a chaos with minimal support.

        • Hey mate, definitley not across the board, I've only seen a couple of reports at this point. eBay have a 7-day tracking window, so it's possible that it is just delayed, but if not and this does not track we are happy to help get this sorted with them.

          • @gotyourback: Thanks for reply, I sent u a DM since I stack a couple of big purchases with some bonus challenges e. However, one of the bonus challenges expired without tracking which sucks. Thanks

          • @gotyourback: My purchase just tracked at .08 ! I was expecting at least 6.00 being 10% of 60.00

@geoffl: My purchase doesn't track. Missing out 10% and all challenge bonus. Contacted CS, they asked for screenshots (which I sent) but they never replied anymore.

          • +1

@gotyourback: Been 7 days and no tracking. Your CS went radio silent after asking for screenshots and proof.

  • My purchase tracked both Shopback $20 and Westpac $20…and I used the Afterpay code…win, win!

    • How can you use afterpay code and get the Westpac bonus too?

      • I have no idea. I didn't think you could based on the above comments, but I definitely received the two separate confirmation emails.

        • It may be that Afterpay is linked to my Westpac card and it somehow recognises that?

        • Did you pay any amount with your Westpac card?

Edit: just read your comment above, hmm interesting

Mine tracked at a weirldy low rate like 3.3 %

      • +1

That seems like the normal rate. I have had major issues with ShopBack not tracking or tracking the wrong %.

      • Hey mate, having a look looks like you purchased before the start of the flash sale. Send me a DM if you want me to take a closer look.

  • -1

Same, mine hasn't tracked either.. purchased on 14 March..

Hey mate, eBay have a 7 day window so you will need to wait until that ends before we can investigate, but happy to do so when the time comes to help get this sorted.

  • @gotyourback I just wanted an opinion on returns re: Cashback.

I'm in a situation where I received an item that was not in a 'brand new - box' damaged condition as listed, which the seller immediately apologized and accepted after I submitted a return request. He offered either a return or a discount ($249 -> $199] by way of a $50 payment.

If I accept the $50 discount and the return is not completed, will this affect the Shopback (and Westpac?) Cashback eligibility?

If I'm gaining $50 and losing both cashbacks ((20+20) given the return request, given the cleaning job and condition of the product…that would make it an easy decision to return.

If I'm not losing the cashback, its a harder decision, as the cheapest price for the product is $299 vs potentially $159 [if cashback is retained], as the product will have a 15 month warranty.

Hey Mate @Bisky1, if you accept the $50 discount no return is made and no changes are made to the order you will still be earning the Cashback.

If all items are returned both Westpac and the Cashback will be rejected upon available date as the terms state Any rejected, canceled, refunded, exchanged or returned purchases will not be eligible for Cashback.
