            Lyca isn't on Cash Rewards but Boost doesn't have those terms on CR

            that said i'd imagine you could use same SB account register Lyca accounts for your pets, family, etc…

            could need data sim for pet cat or dog GPS, lol

      Avoid it like Lebara. I couldn't activate a Lyca SIM a few years ago possibly due to personal ID issue. As it was free, I did not bother to find the real reason. Unless you have been with it, i.e. successfully activated one before.

          In the event that a merchant like Giftz refused to pay sale commission, SB just adjusted your cashback amount to zero. Lyca looks like a new participant so that only time will tell. However, no one wants to be a guinea pig.

    This morning in my app it says Unlimited XL is $15 cashback and on the Lyca website the only item called Unlimited XL is 160gb for $25. Yes the banner saying up to $30 flash sale all day but it’s not actually there when you click through

      I’ve done it once about 8 months ago, data was shite (went into LTE on my phone I believe) and porting had to be chased up with support because the website didn’t work. Support said I didn’t request my number to be ported and asked if I had changed my mind lol It took a few hours. As soon as my number started working, I ported out.

    I can see a 'Unlimited Plan L' with 100GB for $18, and a 'Unlimited Plan XL' with 160GB for $25, but no Unlimited XL plan with 100GB for $22.50. I wouldn't risk it.

    So the landing page from SB is different and not the plans associated with the CB offers. Have to go via main landing page to see all the plans. The correct plan is the $25 plan for the cash back to be eligible.

        A family member just grabbed an esim for their 6mth old Samsung tablet and most Lyca esims don't work on tablets in Oz apparently, but the esim should work on their recent model Samsung phone no problem. It would have been nice for them to know beforehand otherwise they would have just grabbed a physical sim, but they were only really in it for the free $7.50 anyway. Lesson learned for me as I grabbed https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/836342 (now out of stock) thanks @shxhshzhz for the heads up and was going to try an esim in that once I received it.

        And no I haven't received my SB tracking for my sim yet either.

        I'm afraid esim is not included. I also bought one many hours ago thinking it was and so far I haven't received any tracking email from SB.
        I just checked the "Special notes from store" on SB page and it clearly only mentions SIM cards:
        "Cashback is only available to new customers who order a SIM with top-up/bundle of any value."

            @UrMumsOnlyFan: It didn't appear to reach 14.5% by 7pm, however at some point in the night the reduced discount (12%) took effect as is normal with Expedia. (Wotif being an Expedia-owned brand.)

            And it's 10% for the rest of today. But interestingly no Westpac bonus, unlike Expedia.

    I had ‘transaction failed’ after purchasing via shopback app but received a confirmation email from Lyca that it was successful. Not sure if anyone had the same issue?
