Get the one with the AirFryer unit.
The fried chicken wings I can make with it are super crispy and juicy, and compared to a Phillips Air-Fryer, it's a no-brainer to clean.
(Having owned the original Phillips Air-Fryer)

  • I have the 8L Pro version with the crisper. Even though there is only two of us I love the extra size for making batch cooking. If you do preserving you can sterilise the jars in it.

The crisper is pretty small but it is great for snacks etc. I haven’t tried to do anything like a whole chicken.

The InstantPot is, certainly, our most used appliance.

Thanks OP, got the 8L for $229. Hopefully CB tracks at 10%.

    • But It was < 200 just last year.

      • The cheapest I’ve seen it is $149.99 at Costco. Good to give people the heads up it has been cheaper but you can’t go back in time and purchase then.

      • Yeah, but if I delay it any more, I will have to start looking for a couch deal.

  • I have the one with the air fryer. It's awesome, highly recommend. Very convenient having the one gadget that can fulfill multiple roles ("no unitaskers!"). An extra pot is super useful if you like to do slow cook curries so you can hotswap the pots.

  • Excellent deal on the 8L Duo plus. We have the Duno Nova 8L and it is used at least 3 times a week.
I also want the Duo Crisp+Airfryer, but will wait till that is below $200 again.
At this price, just dive in. You won't regret it…

Thanks. Got the 8L with air fryer. Hopefully it works better than my Kogan air fryer!

  • To anyone with the 8L… If I'm likely to only need 5.7L most of the time, is there any consequence to buying the 8L?

Eg does it have a minimum amount you need to cook, or can I still do mostly small batch stuff on the bigger IP?

No limitation, just more empty space. But that won't effect cooking in any way what so ever.

@Wolfenstein98k bigger space to pressurise but has higher power. So may or may not take more time to pressurise.
