Price down to $85.95 from Amazon

      https://www.amazon.com.au/dp/B08P5G5F8Z

      • @superforever Thankyou very much for posting this link! 👍 I purchased one from Amazon via your link, got one with the dongle. I wanted to get a coloured one, but when I noticed that the separate dongle price has gotten very expensive, I decided to get the pack and save some money.

After quick google search, it seems that Microsoft has discontinued the separate wireless adapter, so retailers everywhere are jacking up the price.

You can get a 3rd party dongle but with this price I will price the original with controller.

need to buy wireless adapter separate $30 but it's like they only had stock during a brief period once since COVID

one of mine died around COVID and i've already got xbox controllers coming out the wazoo

  • Im glad I dont need the adapter on my gaming PC due to built in bluetooth.

    • FYI Bluetooth has a higher latency than RF.
It's not from lack of ability (USB bluetooth adapters can be had for $1).

My motherboard also has bluetooth built in but opting for the RF dongle

      • Its so much more convenient though. If there is a difference then it barely noticeable to me as everything runs as it should

        • Can't disagree with the convenience!
Just got my controller and I'm just leaving the dongle plugged in.

If you need to switch devices then it might get annoying moving the dongle around too

If you need to switch devices

Is there a easier way to switch bluetooth connection? Like from Google Chromecast TV to PC?
