    How long does it take to get a confirmation email. I tried hitting submit and it wasn't working, and now when I try it says I've already submitted this receipt, but I can't tell if it's actually worked.

    • only 1500 redemptions awarded each week during the promo, grand total of 9000 to be given out over the whole promo. If you are number 2000 that week you get nothing

    How do we know if we are the first 1500? Do they close the gateway after reaching the limit? Or the same message will be generated after submitting but no cashback at all.

    • as it is going to take a while to distribute the 1500 digital mastercards, (they aren't instantly given out) I don't think you will know if you are after the first 1500…..except not get anything

    Got my confirmation email within 5 minutes of claiming. Hopefully 40% cashback from ShopBack also tracks for profit.

      What does your confirmation email say? All I got was this…

      "Hello, YES! Your claim is complete.
      Now all you need to do is sit back, enjoy a Hyoketsu and look out for an email in the next day or two confirming your cash back claim has been approved."

      Still requires 'confirmation' that the claim has been approved…

    • And the other claim I submitted at 2:36pm received the same approved email at 3:01pm.

      I get the feeling they are going through these in FILO order. Which is going to be pretty funny for them to deal with if there have already been 1500 claims.

        We've emailed "contact us". Her denied email came at 4:46 PM. So it seems they're not doing it in order.. terrible

        • An update. They thought we used the same receipt for both of our claims, and looked again to see they were different and issued me a Mastercard. In their defense, 2 receipts were paid with the same card and it was even the same minute.. the only thing different was the approval transaction ID for eftpos

    Submitted claim last night around 10:30pm, received completion email immediately. Received approved email around 3:30pm and got rejection email 2 minutes earlier. Not sure what went wrong here 🤔

  • It took me 3 weeks for the giftcard to be sent out last time but that was from a support ticket.

    • You get downvoted for abusing the drinks but really its their own fault for being so horrible at promos

      • I don't mind. I got drinks for everyone when I claimed. Those in store and the attendant as well. Just wanted to inform people even when I was approved to get a gift card it took around a month for it to be sent out after the initial email.

    They just denied my claim stating it was an order confirmation but I sent them the tax invoice…

    Won't ever purchase a Kirin product again

    • Same, I guess they didn’t like my email tax invoice

      Reason: Order confirmation is not a valid receipt/invoice. Per terms and conditions, a valid receipt must be uploaded at the time of your claim.

    • Some people above got approved by just sending the email order receipt/confirmation.

  • so please clarify do they accept the tax invoice you receive once you have picked up your click and collect or not? or is it just the first email you get with order confirmation number that they rejected? if one places an order today and the 1500 is already reached can one wait with same tax invoice to resubmit it the follow week?

    • See below - no they dont. Dan murphys doesn't sent tax invoice once collected, they send it as soon as you order.
