    I uploaded my tax invoice email which is all I got when I did a click and collect thru Dan Murphy's.
    it literally said tax invoice in the email. They should make it clearer that they want a scan of a physical receipt.

    I just got this as well, I supplied my dan murphys invoice and it was rejected. PISSED ORF. Good way to loose customers IMO, because they just lost me for life.

    I got email saying my tax invoice from Dan murphy online order rejected. They say it is order confirmation email while it clearly says INVOICE on the Danmurphys email screenshot.

    Look at the terms and conditions. “ The proof of purchase required is an original receipt for the qualifying transaction.”. Surely the email we’ve all got from the original online order, Liquorland had Order receipt written in bold, is an original receipt. There’s no other description of an original receipt in the terms and conditions.

      I bought from Liquorland, click and collect. I submitted the order email for the claim BEFORE I even picked up. I received a tax invoice after pick-up (as most stores do now) but I didn't submit that for this claim, still got the prepaid mastercard.

      At least C&C have an out if Kirin don't honour the offer. With their reliability I've got no qualms about not picking up: instant refund.

      Edit. Huh. I just got my "claim approved" email.

      Timeline:
      25/3 8:37pm purchased Lemon 4-pack, C&C First Choice (via shopback app), claim submitted using email receipt
      25/3 8:42pm recieved "claim complete" email
      27/3 11:45am received "claim approved" email
      shopback cashback still "calculating"

      If you haven't picked it up, don't. It will auto refund after 3 business days.

    I ordered from First Choice Liquor on 25 Mar almost midnight, saved the receipt as PDF instead of screenshot and submitted the minute I received the email. This afternoon my claim has been approved too. :)

    Mine just got approved as well.
    Purchased click and collect from First choice and saved the email as a PDF and submitted that. Guess I'll pick it up now. What's stopping people from not collected the items and still receiving the gift card?

      Did you just upload the order confirmation? There was no invoice from First Choice when I ordered online, my rejection reason was I only uploaded the order confirmation, not the actual invoice. Wonder how did you get approved.
