        • They email you, and would have said that after you submit the claim.

  • Anyone has second round claim approved?

    • It would seem we're all a bit gun shy about (a) the randomness of week 1 approvals and (2) the uncertainty of getting a second claim approved given the ambiguity of the T&Cs.

      Who will brave this new frontier, I wonder? 🤣

    • My first receipt was rejected (LL online order) tried again but said the mobile# was already used, but not appears to have worked with a different mobile # (left other details the same). We'll see the actual outcome in a few days.

  • We bought 2 packs 1 each transaction&payment from BWS
    Me and wife.
    I claimed using my phone both of them
    Today I got confirm email but she got decline email for this reason!
    Reason: The receipt provided has been submitted with another entry/claim.
    I don't know why they decline. I uploaded each receipt and info
    Any advice what can I do?

      Should have lodged separately on different receipts ideally (seems like you can't use the same mobile number twice).

      Or maybe just drink them and don't worry about it. You'd forget after 4..

          Hmm that's odd. I'd just try lodge again for one of them and or contact them.

          I suspect if on the same recipient can only claim one.

    Surprisingly, things went better than expected in this Deal😄

    Picking up online order @FCL (through SB 40% cb), told manager about all the issues here with using online receipt

    Was given a different store receipt.
    Also received online receipt after picked up. (Not dated - so refused for some)

    Submitted both receipts, hoping for 1 to work…
    Received 2 MC on 1 purchase🎉

    Also made an error in claim. Put in $23 instead of $22 shown on online receipt. Sent a message to correct my claim as it might it be rejected…
    Paid out $23 instead of $22😂

    Now to see if SB pays out as well!

  • Anyone redeemed more than one? Vault app won’t let me change the mobile number.

    • That's where its handy to have a 2nd mobile with NFC! Used a nearly dead 5yr old mobile.

      Directly opened Vault. It asked for my mobile number. Entered - it sent SMS to that number. Opened Vault on that number. Clicked on link in this SMS. Worked.

      • So I have two other iPhones capable of Apple Pay. Any way to activate with those and transfer to my wallet in my main phone?

        • Install Vault on other mobile. Insert SIM with the SMS. Open Vault with that number as above.
          Open SMS or open SMS on phone received on & enter details into Vault. Add MC.
          Worked for me.

          But transferring wallet contents probably won't work. Didn't for me.
          I just use the other phone for purchases until MC is used up on it.

    • Signed up with diff mob the second time, most other info the same.
      I think that person activated for me but have a feeling the balance was showing $0 when i clicked and added to my wallet on phone.
      Will have to test sometime, otherwise will have to get the app on the other person's phone.

  • Make sure Vault app is UPDATED!

    Used Vault on Android over week ago in free $10 MC Deal
    But today found I couldn't add MC, only showed already added cards.
    Worked after updating app😉

  • I got rejected in the first week and now when I’ve bought it in the 2nd week, it doesn’t let me enter with the same phone number. Anyone else getting this too?

    Reason: This is a duplicate claim which breaches the terms and conditions entry limitations.

    We have definite submit more than one claim but they are TOTALLY legit. different person, different receipt, different liqourland store, different mobile number, different email address. No freaking way any claim is duplicate.

    Anyone have this issue. How the way they think it is doubled? and wonder it is a system gen message to avoid paid out

  • i accidently ordered my second one on the same liquor land account. anyone had any issues with them rejecting based on same tax invoice name as their previous one

  • Not sure how they are counting week start and week end. Made a purchase this morning (Monday) and submitted a claim at 7:19am. I got an e-mail now at 2:49pm saying my claim has been denied because they've reached the max claims for the promotional period. So, apparently more than 1500 people already submitted a claim before 7am on a Monday?!

    Anyway still happy I got the cash back the first week, and I just simply won't pick up my order this week to get a refund.

    • bought yesterday morning (Monday) and submitted in the afternoon. Got approved by evening time yesterday. Did I get lucky or you were unlucky?

      • You might have been lucky. That or whoever is reviewing the claims is just doing it in a inconsistent manner. I guess many have reported inconsistent results over the past two weeks.

  • Submitted claim last Monday and approved on Tuesday. Haven't received my SMS however and they said within 5 business days… anyone else in the same boat? Have reached out to them directly

      Had same issue and emailed them last Friday, they replied right away and resent the sms.

  • Submitted second claim on early Monday afternoon. Different email, different phone. Approval that evening, voucher this morning. FYI I had to uninstall and reinstall Vault to set it up for my second mobile number. 8 cans of boozy flavoured water (there's no sugar in them) for free - good deal.

    head up for people who believe their valid claim had been unfairly rejected due to duplicate or whatever weird reasons.

    don't give up hope, submit a contact on their promo page ask them why.

    I have received a new message today our previous duplicate claims has been revalidated and now approved. very relieve after all

    sadly just have to live with their validation inconsistency

    my husband put in his claim just before 1pm today…..still nothing to say it is approved. I put mine in just before 4pm and mine was approved just after 5pm??? Different purchases, different, emails, different phone….not sure why the first one sent in still hasn't been approved
    edit. just approved for his claim now
