    Can anyone actually check out on the Boost site, wasnt working for me earlier ("Something went wrong") and now the address earch box doesn't even work (Can see 500 Gateway LAYER Failure logs in the chrome devtools lol)

        Some have suggested getting support to remove all expired numbers from your account.

        It didn't help me in the slightest but you could give it a try.

          You can also try subtle variations on the physical address, and on the gmail address . Also try changing card payment details.

          There are a lot of things that can be tried. It is impossible to predict what may work for any individual … except in my case - none of it works :)

    Don't expect this. I activated this offer for a similar deal two weeks ago and saw that it hadn't been 100% claimed at the time of my purchase. The purchase then didn't track, even though there was a click history. By the time I lodged my missing cashback claim and it was manually tracked, the offer had been 100% claimed.

      No I chatted with boost and they refused to acknowledge the problem because I'm clicking through a 3rd party link and I have reported to shopback but no solution yet.

      I cleared my browser cache for both shopback.com.au and boost.com.au .
      Change DOB and used a work address.

      Order went through.

    I just got a something went wrong ordering a sim for a family member. Used his details & CC & still got something went wrong. Are they blocking particular shopback accounts now?
