OP, there is a very good chance that all 20 customers you attract with this deal will churn away from you within first 6-12 months. What clawback terms do you have to collect your commission payment back from them?

    • agreed. interested to find out as well.

You guys are absolutely right. Bank take 100% commission back from Broker if client change their bank in 6-12 months. Thats what we called Clawback. With me I just want my clients to stick with me thats why I'll help them to Refinance again if they think they are not on good interest rate. I beleive in good relationship with clients.

Good to hear but you havenโ€™t actually answered tomclancyโ€™s question:
What clawback terms do you have to collect your commission payment back from them?

@Aussiecash: I am not getting any signs for clawback condition from my customer. Its all about good relationship with my clients. Thanks

          • @Aussiecash: It's illegal for brokers to charge their clients for ckawback.

Why have fake testimonial photos on your site?

They are my real clients. Thanks ๐Ÿ™

Unfortunately OP, Google has a service called Lens which proves otherwise

To be fair to yourself and the OzBargain community, you could be honest and say you are either starting out and wanted to seem legitimate or other reason that is honest. Honesty here will win the day

        • Sir they are my real clients but because of security reason we couldn't use their real face. Thanks…๐Ÿ™ I think you really want to dig out something. Instead if you enjoy what I am offering will be good for u n me. $250/100k. Thanks again

          • @Mr Finance Broker: Can you share what are the better interest rates you've seen recently and which lenders please? For $600k owner-occupied with 30% LVR in Melbourne metro. Don't need offset. Thank you ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป

They got me best interest rate in market

Can you share what rate you received and which lender it was please?

  • Do you have any lenders on your panel that can do 85% LVR with No LMI?

    • Outside of the usual professions (medico, accounting, legal etc) you've got uBank and Bluestone who will do 85% LVR no LMI to everybody

      • uBank and Bluestone who will do 85% LVR no LMI to everybody

        only 2, that's it??

Bluestone rate seems high. 8.05%?? JEez

        • +1

Yep. Well there are other tier 2 lenders who don't charge LMI but they have other ways of charging it "risk premium" or "lender risk fee" etc. In other words, it's a higher risk loan so unless you can mitigate that risk (i.e. medico etc) then you have to pay a risk premium.

uBank would be the go to if you can keep in under 85% LVR and you want a good rate
