  Worth reading the reviews on the Officeworks site- some reports of screen breakages from the straps being closed inside the laptop.

      I thought of getting one for my kid's school laptop, going to pass now as it's guaranteed that one day he will forget and wreck the machine.

      I do like the look of the cases though.

        Actually from the reviews I noticed that whoever cracked their screen had their laptop open while it was in the case and went to close the laptop and the case at the same time. I won't be doing that as I always take my laptop out of the case when I need to use it. So won't be an issue for me.

          @2her0ck: Yep, the strap design is a bit odd/poor. The rest of it is very well made. You're not going to find a better sleeve type protector, especially at this price. Annoyingly in-store they're kinda sealed shut so you can't test them unless you grab some scissors from across the aisle and cut the tags.
