      Gave me pause to rethink my purchase.
      I actually remember buying this for my mum a few months ago from Amazon, it died after using it once (would not charge at all). customer service were helpful and refunded me straight away, no questions asked. After reading other reviews, turns out a lot of others have had similar issues.

      Anyway, ended up opting for the refund/cancel option. Hope that helps anyone else who may be on the fence.

    I have been charged a forex fee paying through PayPal, $1.45 fee for 3 powerbanks. Apparently originally the charge was in Hong King dollars but wasn’t told this. Maybe not worth disputing but a little annoying that this was hidden.

    Seems to be magnet activated, placing my iphone and samsung with magsafe on it results on it automatically turning on. Placing my pixel onto it results into no auto charging

      There's no such thing as magnet activated charging. The magnet just holds it in place.

          Yeah, because the magnet helps align it to the correct spot. With your pixel you are probably just not aligning it correctly.

          But any phone that can do wireless charging should charge automatically if aligned properly.

    I replied to their email on Wednesday asking when it would ship - they said black is out of stock and they can send me white.
    I said yeah go on and it came today from Amazon.

              @Homr: So when I said a MagSafe case, I mean a case that has magnets in it. So instead of the case blocking the magnet, it kinda just adds to it.
