Shame to see the free shipping gone. It was only because of that I bought the first pair of pants, as it made it cheap to take a chance on sizes.
That said, I have found their sizes are accurate to the measurements they post.

I am trying to refund some items that I bought from them. I tried to email them but still have not heard anything back from them. does any one here try to refund recently? Are they having problem with their customer service? Reps can you please help?
Their customer support is virtually useless.
Made an order with them for a pair of sunnies, it was like $6nzd, free shipping.
Order was cancelled with no courtesy email..
Emailed with a query as to why order was cancelled, and got no response.
Ordered again, and order was cancelled again
My guess was the order was cancelled due to it end up costing them and they won't be making any profit from it, just peeved no correspondance was received, as I have bought some things from them before with no issues
Shouldn't flaun the whole free shipping on all orders, then fail to deliver.
No doubt that's the cause of the minimum $50 free shipping clause now

Also, AFAIK their NZ phone number cant be reached from Australia

how do you know that your order was cancelled?
try to send the email to [email protected]. I wrote to them on their facebook wall and was told that they are having problem with the other email address. after I sent my email to Web.admin, I got response immediately.
