Same with DeWalt (https://www.dewalt.com.au/find-retailer).
And with Makita (https://www.makita.com.au/component/com_dealer_locator/Itemi…). As an aside, there map locator is just awful.
I'm more inclined to think they are authorised. It would be all kinds of dumb to advertise a battery redemption (https://toolswarehouse.com.au/collections/bonus-battery-1) if you weren't eligible.
Hey ehn - We're absolutely an authorised Milwaukee retailer. As ChiefAJ showed in their response, we're listed as such on the Milwaukee - and Makita and DeWalt - website. Maybe Kimberly-Ann is a newbie.

"Storewide", yet most things I was interested in weren't included, or were included but amazingly enough are the same price as they usually are elsewhere. I've even noticed a couple of things that are still full price, not discounted at all in the listing, but have the 15% off banner on them.
