  • Does this work with Australian barcodes?
Have had issue with this in the past with other software.

  • Thanks. Currently use My Movies for iPhone, but can't say no to free :p

  • This was dropped to $0 to allow existing users to get the new iPod/iPad combined app instead of having two separate ones. Apple wouldn't allow existing users to 'transfer' a license to a new app for the iPad people, so the best that the vendor could do was make it free for one day only.
Don't expect it to be around for long, it's not a promotion. They are not trying to drum up business.

  • Thanks heaps, I've been after something like this for a while. I've started lists before on excel and imdb but never finished.

This app is awesome, loads of detail and heaps of options to manually enter DVDs/blu rays but the best part is defiantly the scan barcode which works with US, Aus and UK barcodes (may work with others but there the only ones I have to test).

Scanning the barcodes has allowed me to get through over 100 barcodes in under 10 minutes easily the fastest way of compiling a list of DVDs/blu rays.

Edit - I miss clicked neg with my fat fingers and now that I've revoked it I can't pos but if I could I defiantly would.

  • Do you have to sign up for an account to use search/scan feature in add movie?

  • Thanks heaps!!! Hubby got his iPad 4 yesterday & is now scanning his Blu-rays in LOL

Just to note that you can scan but it won't find the titles until you have signed up for a free account.
    Creating a FREE Connect account:
•Tap the Add Movies icon and select By Title, you’ll then be asked to login or create an account
•iPad users, after tapping Add Movies try to search for a title, you’ll then be asked to login to Connect

    Cheers! :)

  • Cool, thanks for the post. Anyone know if there is 3rd party companion app for the Mac.

    Oops, just the main site…http://www.collectorz.com/movie/features-mac.php

  • I thought this would catalogue all the movies on my server. =(
