Although there are the GPS/Wifi issues, it's a pretty solid tablet and good alternative to the Nexus 10 depending on your needs.

        Well they are Australian stock. We had them for $648 for a while, but if $688 is ridiculously expensive then I doubt $648 will interest you.

          You can get Australian stock S3s for less than $600… points at Unique Mobiles who sell both grey and Aussie stock, have the Aussie 32GB blue for $549

          You have to select "Stock: Australian A-Tick" like I have here.
          If you click into the details of those phones, you'll note they have 24 months warranty instead of the 12 months you see with grey imports…

          EDIT: We'd all prefer you got some i9305 in though… :P

      just check if the logo says australia stock or imported stock.
      with local stock (example is this asus prime) yes they supply invoices with gst so you can get tax back.

    Purchased one on friday. Interseting to see the $448 vs $758 just for difference in colour. Needless to say, went with the gold colour.

    Is Asus still doing the GPS dongle? I don't really have an issue with the GPS in case it turns crap, but I hope Wifi isn't affected in the one I get.
