Quite a few people don’t check their inbox. Same goes with Supercheap credit, Cashrewards etc

    • Funnily, a friend of mine who doesn’t have Uber One just saw this post and texted me, asking me to use my Uber One to sign up to Stan so that he can access it.

If it doesn't apply to you then skip it, i think a big majority of people on ozB would have Uber One from all the promos.
Would of taken you less time to skip it then to have a whinge

Nobody is forcing you to look at them.

If you have an issue with them then why don't you go into your account settings and hide them from view?

      • I did not know you could do that. thank you for the constructive suggestion.

That moment you pos voted a targeted post…

      Ah hypocrisy, gotta love it

I love when someone gets the receipts out ;)

Took me a while to work out what you were on about. But just for the record, that wasn't actually targeted. Anyone (who was any existing customer) could get it.

  • I just found Stan new program additions are very poor after a previous 6 months stint . The sports drags you in at a very hefty price so I save for premium rugby union times . As usual depends on 1s income . Prime still wins for me even with the sneaky no adds charge . I use prime for shopping 80% vs ebay so yeah .

  • Only just got the email now. Thanks for the heads up OP.

  • Note: Only for new Stan customers. Does not apply to existing Stan accounts.

    • Dang I recently just started the free 30 day Stan trial, I don’t think they would email me an offer if I cancel it.

Also just got 6 months free Uber one with this supposedly expired deal https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/801384

  • I signed up using code but in account it says will be billed in one month despite all saying three month uber promotion code activated.

mine shows the same!. Use the payment method as Paypal and cancel the autopay in paypal.

After signing up you receive an email saying next bill amount $21 in a month's time. But if you go into Manage Account it shows next bill amount $0.00 in a month's time.

I don't think there's any need to react, just keep an eye on it.

  • Pretty good deal if you're into Motor racing (Indy 500 Monday morning and Le mans in Early June) and the French Open begins on Sunday night!

  • +1

Terms and conditions say offer expires 7th June.

Only just received the email, seems they're still rolling them out.

  • Anyone got a code they are not using? I have uber one membership but did not receive this email

  • Does this include Stan sport?

  • +1

Just got the email offer from Uber One too!

  • Received the email offer too from Uber One. Marked my calendar to redeem just before the offfer expires 13 June.

  • I signed up just for watching, Better Call Saul 😂

  • Have a reminder set for when the 3 months end. Noticed in the past that Stan will not send any email or notification about direct debit occurrence even if you ask, so it's really easy to forget about the subscription and keep on paying.
