    Hi oz-dave.

    I'm sorry for the confusion. We've recently changed our service levels, and you've come across a FAQ that was not updated.

    To be clear - we offer 24/7 phone support, including on public holidays and over the Christmas and New Year period, on 03 9005 7723.

    I'll have the FAQ updated today. Thanks for pointing that out.

  I find these promotions to be very misleading, as it is not ongoing. A better title would be $3 for the first month, $36 for a year.

      I didn't find the post partiulary misleading, but perhaps it was lacking a little.

      You should just add that exact sentance to the main post; "The deal is for the first one to three years, after which the price reverts back to our standard Starter plan price of $4/month."

      Also, I get the impression you need to purchase the 1, 2, or 3 years in one hit to get the cheap rate?

      If that is the case maybe you should mention that in the original post too.

      Even buying up front it seems like a good deal when compared to other companies.

    Hi Jon.

    The SLA is available on all of our plans, but I can see why you say that. The ticks and crosses don't quite line up on some browsers. The differences between the features available on the Starter AU plan compared with the Business AU plan are:
    - The Business AU plan has SSL support
    - The Business AU plan allows mailing lists

    They also have different disk space and bandwidth quotas, as you can see.

    Is there a particular limit you were interested in? I'll have to follow up with our techs, but we have the servers balanced between allowing bursts of traffic for sites, and preventing the servers from being overloaded with requests.

    Sure. We can do that with a Value AU plan or Business AU plan.

    When you order a Value AU or Business AU plan, you get either a .com domain for $1, or a .com.au domain for $9 with two years registration.

    This is a standard offering of ours, and you can order by clicking on the appropriate order link on either of those web hosting plans on our site.
