      I wouldn't risk it. Go all the way there and sold out because thy only had 5 in stock. I suppose you can go to Chaddy as a consolation.

      It’s not the shopping centre - it’s Chadstone village which is its own shopping area. Much less of a nightmare to get parking and no crowds.

    Would this tablet be good for a couple of years,watching you tube /Netflix ,surfing web,and doing emails etc. FIFO worker looking something to use at camp and travels?

      Ye would be fine. I have Tab A8. Just go into developer options and make sure only 1 background process is running. 4GB Ram is sufficient for your needs.

        11" is an alright size for a tablet, no? I don't follow the tablet market so I'm not sure what's considered large these days (much like smart phones). It seems most things can be done on the bare-minimum. Is the CPU/RAM insufficient for games & other certain apps?

    God such a disaster waiting for it and aldi staff comes out and says oh we already gave tokens for it in morning so no more left and that was at 8 :20 am.

          Yeah no need to be patronising I know what "token" means. I always thought half the appeal of Aldi was that it was first-in-best-dressed, never heard of them exchanging vouchers for goods before, hence the question, what are these vouchers so I can get some next time?

          Sounded like crap to me, more like staff members holding goods for themselves or others.

            @DarthStingy: Other than the unhelpful and incorrect response from Sobright did we find out what a token is? I even went as far as to call Aldi and they said their tokens are used for trolleys.

              @Ebany: Its a store only thing Ebany. Similar to when a new console launches, the people waiting in line before the shop opens gets a ticket acknowledging that they have one reserved for them when the store does open. Helps them keep track and overpromise what stock they have been alloted.

      Check out AliExpress if your game. Cheap tablets with normally way better specifications. Look out for @Clear's deals.

    M10 gen 3 has held up quite well for my 7-year-old needs mainly youtube, minecraft and roblox. The games play surprisingly well so i'm sure the M11 will be just as good if not better.

    I visited Chadstone Villlage Aldi yesterday. I asked a staff member if it had been busy on opening day (17 July). He said he started at 6.00am and there were people lined up even then. OMG, it would have been about 6 degrees in the queue with at least a 2.5 hr wait.
