          • @andy2: It should. Just be careful when selecting the accessories as sometimes when you select an accessory, it selects the phone as well. Make sure only the accessory that you want to cancel is selected before you click cancel

  • Has anyone else got the correct tracking number but the parcel has been stuck at "It's on its way" since Friday?

  • So….got the delivery but as i had changed watch color, i only got a dial but no sporty straps. Also, wifey says now that her trade in phone has a broken screen. It was going to trade at $5. Anyone has any experience if i send the broken phone, do I pay $5 or $65 including the late fee. Technically it won't be late. Its just broken.

    • $5 I would say if thats what it was valued at when you did the trade-in and disclosed the broken screen when answering the questions around condition of the device.

      • Wifey told me it wasn't broken but now tells me it is. Not sure what to believe

    • Yeah there was a warning just under the watch that you would only get the watch without the strap if you changed the default straps/colour. It was hard to notice unless you scrolled back up.

      • I have contacted chat about it. I didn't change the default color. I asked chat guys to change the watch color to cream. I can always request a chargeback for the value of the strap if they don't send it.

  • So on chat with Samsung they said I need to raise a price promise claim to get a refund for my cancelled item! has anyone heard of that?

    • I was told I would need to wait for 5 business days so they can call me for the return label. Didnt mention anything about price promise claim though.

      • All good the agent was confused! He said to wait 3-5 business days and samsung will reply with it.

    • It will be refunded once your order is delivered. I received my order today, and after some time received the refund processing email as well.

      • It's been 2 days since I received the phone and I still haven't received the refund email.

        • Did you check your junk/spam folder? Mine somehow ended up there

  • So just to confirm. I got my phone today. I still have the option to cancel the buds. If i cancel the buds will i get the refund for the buds without affecting the voucher being applied to the phone.

      • Why they need to send a return label if the Buds or accessories hasn’t been shipped yet? Why can’t they simply cancel and issue the refund? Thats what I did i.e. cancelled after placing the order, and got the refund processing email for the accessories soon after my phone was delivered.

        • I was not able to cancel the buds as it was in status "shipped"

  • Hi all, checking if anyone has received their trade in return emails? I traded in an old iPad and haven't received any information on returning the trade in device. I received my new phone on Tuesday but nothing further.

      Once logged in, you can download the return shipping label on the Samsung Trade Portal.

      • Only if you intend to return the trade in device, which most of us don’t as we can usually sell it for more.

    • I just logged into Samsung Members App and in Support tab can already see my Samsung Care+ activated for 1 year from the date the phone was delivered.

    • If you purchase Samsung Care+ at the same time, it will be automatically activated after you activate your phone. You can check it in Settings > About phone > Samsung Care+.

  • Been used the genuine Samsung fold 6 case $80 for one week(case with strap and stand), found front left upper corner case start to crack and break yesterday, never drop phone on the floor or hit hard. Am I able to get a brand new case under warranty? It just one week, can't believe it crack it self.

    If anyone is lingering, I can confirm I bought this today with UnfoldAI code, FF6 and added the Galaxy Z Fold6 Clear Case and SmartTag2. SmartTag could be cancelled immediately. If you need an FF6 code, I had a "Goodbye Galaxy S22, Experience Galaxy AI with this offer" tile on Mypage, which led me to the chat and the agent provided me an FF6 code for $100 trade in bonus.
    Just trying to cancel the Clear case by chat now.

          Mine was received 2 days after my order was delivered. I received the refund processed email on the same day when my order was delivered and refund hit my card after 2 days

            • @didactw: No. I cancelled the accessory so the discount was passed on to the phone.

        • The whole price still says pending so maybe an adjustment will occur later on

  • If anyone else is still waiting on their delivery, despite ordering it weeks ago, the infuriating Samsung Chat person explained that the Buds3 are the cause of the delay due to a "quality review".
    And is dodging the question about how long this quality review will likely take… so it could be tomorrow, or it could be 3 weeks from now - who knows…

    They are also telling me that it's impossible to separate the Buds3 from my order (and ship it at a later date - possibly because I'm in WA and Samsung are being tight-arses about shipping costs) and it's impossible to specifically cancel the Buds3 item from my order because "the system didn't allow us to cancel the item for it will lose the discount codes you have added into it" - despite the fact I have already paid for the frickin item, and discount codes would surely have no meaning at this point.

    And if I try to do this myself on my order, and select the Buds3 from the order to cancel, I get an error and directed to contact Support.

    Unbelievable.
    Samsung Support never ceases to amaze me.

    • Phew good that I didn't order Buds 3 Pro.

    • May be cancel the whole order and place a new order as Buds are not going to be shipped before the end of August. Although you will lose $100 as FF6 discount would now be reduced to $100.

      • Cant really cancel too easy since Ive a trade up thing tied to it and all sorts of crap.
        Based on the shit show today, I dont want to even contemplate trying to cancel and reorder with them.

        The Support guy was just completely hamstrung by "the system".
        They cannot/will not deviate from whatever tool/system they use.
        They basically have as much access/permissions as your average joe does.

        And since my order status is beyond "Order Accepted" now and is "Awaiting Dispatch" (despite the fact the chat guy said it cant be shipped because its waiting on the Buds)…. he couldnt hit the little escalate button.

        So I was advised to "wait patiently for the notification of the status change" but couldnt give me any idea as to whether this would be 1 day, 1 week or 1 month from now.

        Eventually managed to get an agreement that hed escalate tomorrow if the status doesnt change.
        Pretty sure he was just getting me off the chat, seeing as tomorrow will no doubt be "Awaiting Dispatch" which seems to prevent them escalating within their cookie cutter system.

        Sell your flagship phone on pre order, add in a llttle voucher for some accessories you dont really want or need, then delay the whole order (Fold6 and Flip6 in my case) because said accessories are not available.

        What a shit, but sadly expected, process.

          So the CSR from yesterday, to his credit, did manage to escalate it in the end.
          Order states "Shipped" now.

          Hopefully that's not just words on a screen and means it actually is shipped.
          Although, not sure what the ramifications of these Buds being sent before this supposed "quality review" is complete…
          Batteries will no doubt blow up in my ears next.

    • Yes. Received within 2 days after the delivery of the phone.

    • I ordered 26th july received refunds when i received my device on 1st of august

      • Been 2 week since delivery still don’t get. Refund.

  • Got mine with the watch 7. Watch 7 takes 4 hours to charge , anyone else having this issue ?

    • No but mine drains 35% overnight BUT by strange reason, it depletes much slower during the day and when in use.

  • Anyone been able to charge their watch 7 wirelessly with their fold 6? I am suprised to find this doesnt work

  • Has Anyone had their orders cancelled for no apparent reason? I preordered a Flip 7 and Watch Ultra. With the order stuck "in order accepted" status for a week , I escalated through CS with them basically saying they were looking into why it was not shipped yet. I then got an email few days later saying order cancelled with no reason given followed by a credit note.
