      Hi walugi.

      Our Value AU plan that we've discounted here, can hold unlimited domain names when they're used as parked domain names or add-on domain names.

      That means you can have unlimited domains as long as they are stored on the one web hosting account. You'd only get one cPanel account though, so if you're looking to host client accounts which require their own cPanel to modify their account's, you'd need a reseller plan.

          If we sold multiple .au domains for $9 per two years, we'd be losing money at a very fast rate.

          The $9 .au domain name deal is for one domain, being registered for the first time, with a Value AU or Business AU web hosting account.

          Of course, if you order multiple web hosting accounts, you can get multiple discounted domain names.

          I hope that clears it up, but I'm happy to clarify further if you've got any other questions.

          It's not the hosting plan order with us that needs to be the first time, it's the domain name being newly registered with a web hosting plan.

          Since you have the domain name already, you would not qualify for the discount.

    hi im really noob when it comes to hosting
    i currently have a dreamhost account with wordpress installed

    dreamhost had a 1 click isntall option

    is there an easy way to migrate all my stuff over to your new hosting? is it as easy as backing up my files in dreamhost and then reuploading it maintaining the same filestructure?

    i have a few form db's created using some wordpress plugins, so not sure if i need other stuff as well for db's

    i really need an australian host and this issue is the only thing stopping me moving

      We've got a one-click install option for WordPress too. It's as easy as going into your control panel and specifying the directory you'd like WordPress to be installed in, and an administrator username and password.

      To move your hosting you will need to backup and then upload all of your files, and then backing up and uploading your database.

      There may well be an export /install option within WordPress to allow you to do it all in one go, but I'm not familiar with the specifics of WordPress.

      The other option is exporting your database as an SQL file, then uploading that.

      Our support staff are used to working with non-techs, so we'll certainly be able to give you a few pointers go get you up and going.
