Sony Bravia KDL46EX650 $698 Delivered - DSE One Hour Only (50 Units)

150

Between 7 and 8pm tonight DSE are selling the KDL46EX650 for $698. Their site shows "click and collect" not being available so looks like delivery is the only option so factor in another $24.95. Pretty cheap for what it is.

Do your research, can't find any proper reviews other than user opinion.

EDIT: also shows the same tv under a different link if you manually search their site, which says you CAN click and collect, looks to be the identical unit. Who knows? As i said do your homework.

Also Philips portable DVD player $69

I have attempted to put the TV in the cart and add my postcode for shipping, and it deducts the delivery cost in the checkout, so i assume this is $698 delivered. HOWEVER DOUBLE CHECK THIS when the sale is on between 7 and 8 as it may not deduct the delivery amount during the $200 off sale.

Do you still use your Sony Betamax ???

I love how jv gets negged 90% of the time.

        • Ozbargain wouldn't be the same without him though.

    • i love them too, but is this tv as good as the samsung stuff?

      • +1

Better IMO. Good black and the colours aren't saturated like on the samsungs (this is even with all the wank off :/).

  • how much do these normally sell at ?

    • $898 at DSE, it's on for high 700's at HN.

  • Note: The EX650 does not have 3D

  • $796 at HN Including delivery. I am sure you can haggle to dse price or may be even lower. http://www.harveynorman.com.au/sony-ex650-series-46-bravia-f…

    • Not likely as this is a limited offer. Maybe if you try between 7-8 pm.

      • he means at HN.. but either way there wouldn't be much room left in it.

  • Everyone please note the addition to the OP at the bottom. It's $898 delivered at the moment, it deducts the postage at the checkout, but double check it still does this when the sale is on bw 7-8pm tonight.

  • ANNOYED…. i just bought the 40" version for 620… cud of spent 80 bucks to get this one =(

  • did anyone buy it?

    • Very interested. Been mulling over it for the past half hour. Kinda hoping it sells out so that the decision's made for me.

    • +1

      Yup.. Just bought one.

I really wanted a 50" or bigger but all the recent LED TV deals below $900 have been Samsung, Toshiba or LG. $698 for a 46" Sony Bravia is just ridiculous.

I procrastinated for ages and then my finger 'slipped' and clicked the payment button. $698 I really didn't need to spend.. Surprisingly I don't have buyers remorse.

$663.10 delivered with staff discount card. Thanks!

  • I was advised these are $646 at JB HiFi? Can anyone confirm?

  • Ok, relented and just bought one? Does anyone know if this has an Ethernet port or is the only way you can access the smart features is with a dongle?

    • Yes, it has an ethernet port

  • frick!! this is a good deal. just don't have the cash for it

Yes, it has 1 Ethernet port.

  • I just checked out the Sony and 47" LG on special at JB. Sony looks brighter and sharper in my opinion.

I was starting to wonder if the LG was a better deal but picture clarity, price and the quality of Sony make me think the Sony is a better deal.
