To me a real bargain would be 50 cents a can.
People keep saying this, and there has been one deal at this price in one store in Victoria in the past year. I drink a couple of cans a week. I can't wait forever.
IGA is now really giving Coles & Woolies a run for their money.

Woolies, 3X24can=$42, just bought, 50 boxes, for fish and chips shop, if they go down to $10 per 24can, I will hire 1 ton truck, and filled coke fridge with all CANs, if the Coke sales reps come, I will tell them, Woolies/Coles selling cheaper than you.
Coles/woolies are alwYs cheaper thn reps.
Also, it might say limit of 2 per person at coles/woolies. Depending on the store manger it might be enforced. Or not :-)
I love shopping at Parkmore and watching the local stores stock up on cheap coke .
Some IGA stores have specials specifically for their stores, and yesterday i went to the Penrith Nepean IGA, they have 18x375 for $10.49. They also offering that 10c bonus fuel offer if you spend over $30. Plus use an ING card, combine all that works out UNDER 50c a can. (Depending on amount of litres of petrol).
i use the fuel docket all the time
get $7 off a $30 shop (70 litresx10cents)
so yes under 50 cents a can
just bought a box to take cans to work realising how often i am buying cans of drink while out working
