It's a great service - I couldn't survive without it - runs on 3 recording devices in our house
Damn, Was away when my subscription expired and now my guide is screwed up.
Can't sort by show anymore and new shows have the program name as 'expired'

Oh, and the customer service team were away when I tried to call! GAHHH!
Edit: Been a customer for over 6 years, but think it might be time to look elsewhere. I believe their tech support was 24/7 and was open over xmas in the past. Lots of free solutions available (including guide over the air)

Why should IceTV be expected to chase you up as you seem to suggest
IceTV Customer support was open today from noon to 4pm - as it will be tomorrow and Monday (closed on 1 and 2 Jan) - I suggest you ring them during those hours to log a call
or be prepared to live with a degraded "free" guide going forward
