How to find the Quantity before ordering - thanks to nicholasv

  • Add one item, then go to your cart and change quantity to 999. The cart will automatically update with the maximum quantity.

        Try to argue with different agent, they might give u a similar spec laptop eventually but u do have to call them dozens of time and spend hours to argue

        I think you're right. There's an issue somewhere here where they've got the product wires crossed!

        If you click on Track Package, the small product icon looks like it's the water cooler. I've zoomed in here.

        Looks like we'll be receiving a water cooler, then having to refund and return (or keep) it if it arrives.

            @Zeee: Yep, I think the worst case scenario would be that we receive the water cooler and we need to send it back via Australia Post and wait a while for the refund.

            @Zeee: You have to return it back to Japan, and then Amazon will give you refund after Japan receives it.
            Make sure you take plenty of photos to prove that you have sent it back.

          Now I know why there is a redirect on Amazon Japan. It's a "variation listing" and the white cooler is out of stock so it takes you to the black cooler listing instead.

                    The fact that they changed the images on the listing means that they are now aware of the error.

                    • Change payment method to a card with no funds on it and disable backup payment methods so that they can't charge you.
                    • Wait for them to cancel it. Usually they provide a voucher automatically in situations like this.

          I think they mean why does it keep coming back in stock as suggested by the couple of users above.

          The answer may be that people are cancelling the orders and that frees up inventory and the store / system hasn't processed any orders yet.

      I would suggest to anyone not to buy as you will only get $20 to return which will take 2 weeks along with the refund. The hassle of returning isn't worth the middling amount. Especially since it's sent in such a bulky package https://imgur.com/a/146trUP

        Irrelevant review as it was left by someone who didn't actually purchase the item. No "Verified Purchase" tag. Also, someone in the comments of the previous deal confirmed that they received a box of 12 for that product (Mixed Nuts).

        I bought Nobbys Salted Peanuts 375 g based on package weight when it was $4 and received a box of 12

        When they pick these in the warehouse it kind of makes sense that they would be picked based on the barcode and not what the title on Amazon says, but like I said "Purchase at your own discretion."

          Last time something similar happened to me was with a cookie listing.

          it was 1 cookie not 12 that was shipped.

          Was not keen on 20+ bucks for 1 cookie.

          Was a bit of a hassle to get a refund via Amazon too.
