      • I replied to the email after 14 days and yet another 14 days past….

        On the shopback website, it says confirmed by x date then y date then z date.

        No stress about it. Make a quick follow up and pass. Not worth the worry. Nothing changes for more effort. Set a reminder for the next 14 days and forget.

  • What's annoying is when I go through support to report missing cash back, Smirnoff is greyed out and says not available for cashback.

    Do we contact via the app or do we contact via OzB? I don't even know where to begin.

  • They don't even follow up my case anymore. I have contacted them after seeimg the 0 cashback and they told me wait till 14 days and if the problem is still exist then reply the corrent email and request help.

    I replied that email, used the app and tried every posssible way but it seems they are ignoring me.

    Shame on them.

  • I finally got my cashback as 'Online - Bonus' except it is tracked at $27.05 rather than $30. So stupid they can't even get the amount right but close enough. No chance I'll go for any deals like this again.

        Lodged it through the live chat bot, followed up via email a few times, and also DM'd the rep on here a few times (which when he turned up on the thread). I don't know which of these steps actually contributed though

        • I did the same - purchases both tracked and had a linked 'bonus' (but at $0.29). Lodged through chat bot yesterday, today email assuring it should be updated within 5 days…fingers crossed

    This is just nuts - They are replied to me saying

    and it is clearly over 14 days, when these guys are replying,

    • yep just a standard automated response that they should have updated since its past 14 days. Make sure to respond that the 14 days has come and gone.

    • I actually participated in deals for all 4 brands on sale (Monkey Shoulder, Smirnmoff, Malibu and Hahn) and have not been credited for ANY.

      This is clearly more than just a singular merchant issue and it's annoying that they're blaming it as such. It's completely on Shopback.

      You would think instead of fixing individuals CB, that they should be applying this in bulk. Surely they have the ability to see who has been tracked 22c for the monkey shoulder promotion and apply it in bulk. Or they are hoping people forget about this so they can pocket whatever profit they get from liquorland/firstchoice.

  • Mine was not tracked at all and I'm unable to lodge a missing cashback claim because when I select Malibu as the store I get "Not eligible for cashback". Does anyone have an answer for this? I've contacted Shopback multiple times and it has been the canned response every time, 30 days and still waiting. @gotyourback What's going on over there?

    Since using the app to make purchases I haven't had an issues with tracking up until this incident. Previously, responses from Shopback have been on the slow side but eventually they got back to you. I'm taking this as a sign that the business is running on the fumes of an oily rag. I for one, will no longer be making any purchases through them. This is outright theft in my eyes.
