Not really a deal, they always have a minimum spend on Contact Lenses, like min $149…

If it can be used with the first pair free deal (which normally charges you for postage) then this would be a completely pair free for all new members. Which is good.

  Free shipping on orders only applies to glasses over $99, so no it can't. Original post should probably be edited to mention that there is a minimum purchase before shipping is free.
