Stokke tripp trapp high chair, in blue or pale pink only. This chair usually cost more locally (around $300), so if you like these colours, then it's a nice price. The other colours available on amazon.com doesn't seem to be available for shipping down under. Note that this version doesn't seem to have the grooves cut out to attach the baby set.

Wow, for that price, I'll build my own, thanks.

Yep…you could buy a router, saw, wood, screws, paint, etc. and still have change.

  • Got one the other day from mumgo for just 6bux more.
Also needs a cushion set , costs around $55-80 bux

    It's a good chair

  • My wife runs a kinder group that has these chairs. She hates them, the kids cant get in and out of them easily. THey are too heavy to push in and out by the kids.

Something to keep in mind depending on how you want to use them.

Are kids meant to be getting in/out themselves? Sorry but my idea of a high chair is parents put them in, take them out

      • Give it a few years, you may have cause to reconsider that standpoint! ;)

      • The post says "Note that this version doesn't seem to have the grooves cut out to attach the baby set." I am assuming that leaves you with a chair with no harness like they are set up at the kinder?

        Either way:

These are often used as a tall chair for kids at a normal height table. IMO they are not great for that. If your intent is to use them for purely a baby high chair then they may be fine. (the reviews on amazon are people using the for older kids as well)

if this is a bargain, i can post thousands everyday.

    • I agree, this is definitely no bargain… just advertising for those people out there with more dollars than sense.

Maybe its to impress your friends (other people with too much $) or something.

      • I deleted similar comments of mine relating to this…I'm glad I'm not the only one that thinks it!

I had written that those able to afford $250 for what appears to be a fairly ordinary high chair (then you pay extra for add-ons, like cushions!) probably don't need to be on OzBargain…I have four young children, so I'm not saying this with ignorance.

At first, I too assumed it was some sort of killing machine.
