      I'm not sure the other free ones you mention are 'full' versions.
      OP's linked app has (full) at end of title, there are no others for free showing this.

      Edit: i don't think this dev understands that just adding 'HD' to an app title and icon will not make it HD!

        It's not only this dev that uses "HD" for an ipad app that plays full screen and not "2x"(iphone version)

    FYI for anyone interested, this is a primarily a hidden objects game, not an adventure game as I originally thought. Quite a few items are hidden way too well and you can't enlarge.

      You can - to a certain extent anyway. By doing the pinch and flick… I admit I cheated. I just hit random spots around the place before I bothered to enlarge it. You don't get any penalties for doing so … it was fun :D
