Asus TUF Gaming GeForce RTX 5090 32GB OC Edition GDDR7 Graphics Card $6999 Delivered ($0 VIC/SYD/ADL C&C) @ Centre Com

1318

First time ever I saw an RTX5090 actually in stock! The legend said only couple thousands of these are ever manufactured.

Kind hearted Nvidia could have sold them for 10 times $6999 = $69999 if these GB202 die are made into RTX Pro 6000. But they are so kind and give consumer 90% off.

Why don't we understand and appreciate Nvidia's kindness? Nvidia is losing $63000 per unit sold? The more you buy the more you save!

Surcharges: 0% for bank deposit, Afterpay & Zip Money. 1.2% for VISA / MasterCard & PayPal. 2.2% for AmEx.

Free shipping excludes WA, NT & remote areas.

  • +8

    Bought 10

    • +4

You only saved 630000, why not save more?

      • +1

        I only had 70k spare

        • +7

Use DLSS4 to multiply by 4x!

        • You should have saved more

      • cries in jensen huang

    • +4

Make it 20, and you can run DeepSeek at home.

      Free shipping excludes WA,

      Well. That's my order cancelled.

      • Bruh who even lives in WA. Grow up!

      • Nah, (profanity) that, get a Mac Studio 512GB at this rate, or even two.

        • Studio is nice, but 80 cores Vs 21,760 in the rtx.

          • @bargaino: Inference needs memory to load the models in the first place, so it’s going to be hyper-expensive anyway to buy a bunch of high-power GPUs just to pool their VRAM over a slower interconnect just to get 512GB VRAM, and all that with 20-30x the power consumption.
So at this point, it’s a matter of either raw performance or cost and power draw.

  • +7

    A truly amazing bargain.

  • +1

    Hahahahaha hagagagahahagaha

  • LOL

  • +17

Missed opportunity for it to be $5090

    • +20

and lose $1909… you want them to go out of business??

  • Bargain of a century!

  • +3

PC retailers turning into scalpers now :|

    • +1

Same as they did during COVID when the RTX3080 peaked $2,500 - $3,000 (depending on the model) when stock even became available… But we all encouraged it by snapping up each and every one to the point where it's now the new normal.

  • +4

    fxk you nvidia& centercom

    • +8

lol centercom's 9070XT's magically become $50-60 more expensive every time they go in and out of stock… at this rate they'll be 2k in no time.

  • +3

that's an $84 surcharge if you decide to pay with visa, paypal, or mastercard, or a whopping $154 for amex. ouch.

  • +3

I look at my wallet, close my eyes and dream … that’s the poor man infinite frame insertion generation

  • Wait for the Ti …. sell a kidney, maybe a retina while u wait.

  • Better buy it now before it sells out.

    • Dunno if u were joking or serious, but it will definitely sell out, even at this price

      • +1

I was joking, but yes there will some people will be willing to pay the price for the best GPU.

  • +1

how much better is this over my 5070 TI and does it work good on pci 4 :D

    • -2

      5070 = 4090, so i guess ur 5070ti = this

  • +2

I am here for comment, fxxk Nvgreedia

      • +3

The target market is people that like people r@ped by corporations

        • +6

Same thing happened when Apple massively increased the iphone prices years ago. They asked Tim Cook why and his response was its not just a phone but a navigational device, calendar, calculator, notepad, fitness tracker etc.. What a joke.

      • the problem isn’t just the price, but the value Nvidia is offering compared to past generations. or I better delete the comment, wouldn’t want to upset the corporate defenders

        • why do we need to buy latest gen?

          • +1

@askbargain: Because Nvidia cut manufacture early to make sure no one can buy previous gen.

Or we could just go without.

    • Should fxxk both Nvgreedia and Centre Com instead

  • +6

What a bloody joke. More than my second hand car. They can get lost.

    • -8

      Nooooooo please come back

    • +2

Sell the car, catch the bus and soak up the FPS

      • +2

Ok you got me. I have no car. I just walk everywhere…. I just wanted to sound like a big man in front of you guys :(

    • More than both my cars.

  • Thanks. Just saved close to $7k.

  • +1

too pleb to afford this so i'm here just for funny comments

  • 7K for a graphics card hahahaha what a time to be alive my friends.

  • +8

I cant get my head around a graphics card being $7000

    • +2

It wont be this price for long since we're heading to $10k. The three big purchases in life are now home, car and graphics card!

      • I am already seeing scalpers sell them for $10k+ on ebay, this is insane for a graphics card.

  • +11

Since when does in stock mean it's a bargain?

    • -1

well, i guess it IS the cheapest available card, so if you are in the market for one, want it right now, and will pay whatever it costs, this is the one u want…

  • -1

Buy nVidia shares (join the dark side) instead of this.

  • +1

    Wtf is this pricing

  • Maybe I'm just getting old but it didn't feel that long ago that you could spend 3k and put together a top tier build including a high end GPU. 7k for a card is wild!

    • You still can, this is like comparing a camry with an aston martin. They'll both do the speed limit but some people have the cash for the fancy thing. Not me, but some people.

  • +3

    came here to LMAOOOOOO

  • +4

This is the most delusional ozb post I've seen over the 3 years I've been on this website

  • -5

Bought 5 will flip 4 so I get one for free effectively.

    • sad thing is, thats actually a possibility if you are willing to risk that much cash.

      • -3

That's how I afford topend gpus these days.

  • Haha paid 3.7k for a top end 3090 back when it came out.. hard to see how this is $6k…

    • +1

I got my used 3090 (MSI Gaming Trio X) for $1300 couple of years ago, worth every cent hehe.

      • I think it's worth more now after the AI hype. Think I can sell my water cooled one for $1800.

Been thinking about it and get the 9070xt instead

        • I think the current price is around $900 - 1000 for a used 3090. Yesterday, I checked the items sold on Ebay.

  • +1

Nvidia is fast becoming the new Intel. Intel gave up on customers decades ago and look at them now.

  • +8

What advantages does this graphics card have over say, a train? Which I could also afford

  • +2

    OzBargain not OzInStock

  • twitter user who have gotten nvidia leaks correct in the past has said

    • The supply of RTX5090 will be stupidly high soon. Scalpers will cry so hard.
    • It takes about 1 month, considering current manufacturing and shipping speed.
    • It will be in about one month, I guess. At least the AICs get tons of GB202 now.
    • Imagine you are Nvidia and have purchased shit loads of TSMC yields for B200, but now the market doesn’t want that much B200, and RTX40 is retired……The only solution is to make as much RTX50 as possible to cover the unused yield of B200

this was from February 15th; it's almost a month from then…

    • That was during CNY, manufacturing still has to ramp up, and for the ships to sail. Could/should be a couple months still.

      • -1

Two weeks from now supposedly, maybe three or four for AU, yeah.

        • I hope you are correct 🤞

  • Cheap! Was going to buy 10 but the 1.2% surcharge is a deal breaker.

  • -2

    Thanks op bought two

  • +1

Who buys these? I feel like the buyers remorse would be palpable.

  • +1

    Nvidia the new Apple.

Would love to boycott them but there's no other cards to buy at the 4080 enthusiast level

    • +2

      GPU enthusiast hahahahahahaha

  • 2x the price I paid for my 4090, only a sucker would buy this.

  • +1

People keep buying, price will keep increasing.

  • This is just silly.

  • was about to pull the trigger but decided to save a few bucks and got this from DigiDirect instead.

why pay for virtual reality when there's so much fun to be had in real life lol

time to see what those STAIRS are about

    • But Does it do Ray-Tracing?

      /Sarcasim

      • +1

coming with the next firmware update I heard

  • -2

    Thanks, bought 2

  • -1

Target market is apple fan boys

    • Apple hates nVidia (both of them love proprietary and locking customers to their ecosystems, but Apple doesn't like it when someone else does it).

  • +3

Does it come with home fire insurance?

  • Sad since these 5090s are banned in China, sneak one into China and you will probably get 2x profit.

  • +1

    Definition of insanity.

  • +1

No bargain to be had here.

  • Til $3000 over rrp = bargain

    • -1

Professionals pays a professional price - Jensen Huang

    • Its crazy to think there are still people who insist the RRP of all 5090 AIB cards is $4039 (or worse yet, the ones who quote the RRP as being the USA RRP directly converted to AUD.) It just does not work this way and never has. There have always been different tiers of AIB cards targetting different price points, and i hope there always will be. The RRP that Nvidia quoted for 5090 was "Starting from $4039" meaning there were always going to be cards priced higher than that, this being one of those.

Having said that, this price is still insane and well over the release price for this card. I really hope we eventually see cards drop back to the release prices, even though they were already way more than i was hoping to get a card for this gen. Maybe our best hope will be a price adjustment with the Super refresh, kinda what we saw happen with the 4000 series.

  • OMG that's insane.
