Hi OzBargain,

Today, we're bringing you the first RTX 5070 system deal which to my understanding is the lowest price available on the market (as of the time of posting). We try our best to cater for the full range. Understandably, the popularity for RTX 5070 and 5070 Ti hasn't been the best, however for the people who aren't too convinced to switch to Team Red this is the best deal available in Australia. All around solid components with the OzBargain favourite 4 DIMM motherboard and an AIO on the base model for the 9700X and 7800X3D. With CL32 and 6000MHz RAM and a fast Gen4 SSD as well. Also a banger bonus game valued at $105AUD being Monster Hunter Wilds with the 9700X system ONLY*.

What makes us different?

  • Guaranteed within one business hour response times for email, phone and live chat support
  • We’re proud to offer a fair and transparent price that our competitors struggle to match with a quality service
  • Usage of only premium high-end components with the absolute best value - all components are listed
  • Each PC is quality controlled seriously before despatch, we run checks on all components multiple and stress tests including 3DMark and MemTest86
  • 3 years return to base warranty and lifetime support included on all purchases
  • All PCs shipped are packaged carefully – no internals can move during transit as we use protective packaging around all parts inside along with fragile stickers and tape all over your box - more info
  • Your PC is built with passion, we don’t take shortcuts and keep all cabling tidy whether you can see them or not - more info

Our reviews and Google Reviews are a testament to our service.

Nebula were fantastic to deal with when building my PC

    • +3

Thank you for your support ❤️.

    • +2

Same. I was really happy with mine too.

  • +2

Do you have any PC builds that include thunderbolt ports?

    • +1

Yes, but not as a base model as it would not be feasible for OzBargain pricing. You will need to upgrade to the Z890-P on the builder, this motherboard has a Thunderbolt 4 port.

  • -1

Is the RTX 70-class card actually going to be the Australian value king again?
    Because I sure hope not!

    • +6

Lots of people are switching to Team Red for sure, RX 9070 XT is incredible value.

        • +6

Driver stability? I haven't heard of any black screen crashing for an AMD card for years, yet take a look at these 5000 NVIDIA cards!!

Crashing, burning, gimped rops, scalped, physx dumped, minimal generational gains etc…

DLSS whilst still a bit better, FSR4 is also excellent and totally usable now.

The price gap between comparable tiered amd to nvidia is still WAY more than $100.

RT is only better from 4070tis and above (PT is still an issue for AMD though)

So, basically AMD will give you more RT, raster and stability for hundreds and hundreds less.

Only shills and suckers would pay that much more for nvidia.

  • I've not purchased from you guys before. I've looked at the 5070 with 9700X CPU and the discount code does not work for extra customization, like adding OS or changing to a different PSU for example. Is this correct, as in the discount only works for the specific configuration?

    • +2

It does work, there has been a lot of traffic lately and it takes the system a bit longer to recognise the new custom configurations. Please give it a few minutes and the code will work 😁. You are able to customise as much as you'd like and the discount code will still work.

  • Hi Nebula, are you able to offer the Lian Li Dan A3 wood edition in white for this build?

    • Hi,

Only black on hand at this stage, will look into white however timeline is uncertain.

    • +1

Stock coming in shortly now @bolt, will add to all our system builders today for the A3 wood white.

      • Thanks team! I see it now in the builder. I know you said in a comment above that the discount code takes a while to work, but I've been having trouble from a few days ago trying to apply the code, keeps saying it's not valid. Not sure if I'm just selecting a component that it can't apply to? This is what I've configured:

        Core - Case: Lian Li DAN-A3 Wood mATX Case - White [LIAN-DAN-A3-WOOD-WHT] x1 (159)
        Core - CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 9700X | 8 Cores | 3.8 GHz (Max 5.5 GHz) [AMD-R7-9700X] x1 (400)

Core - GPU: ASUS AMD Radeon RX 9070 XT OC - 16GB (BRAND MAY VARY) [GIGABYTE-9070-XT-GAMING-OC-16GB] x1
        Core - POWER SUPPLY: MSI MAG A750GL 750W 80+ Gold - Modular [MSI-MAG-A750GL] x1 (40)

Support - THERMAL COMPOUND: Stock Thermal Compound
        Support - WI-FI & BLUETOOTH: Onboard Motherboard Wi-Fi & Bluetooth

Do you mind checking if the code should be working for the above configuration?

        • +2

          Hi,

For new configurations it does take a few minutes for the system to recognise it. I've made your exact configuration and the code is working - https://gyazo.com/7a289b66b7f54475f1bcf9481cdc62a5

Please make sure you are using OZB_QUANTUM_$500OFF.

          • @Nebula PC: Hi Lawrence, thanks for looking into it. I actually copied the wrong build earlier, I was playing around the 9070 configurator but decided to stick to Nvidia. After a lot of deliberation I ended up with the black Dan wood case after all, and just made the order. Thanks for your help! Super excited to receive it, gonna be a good upgrade from my aging 1080.

  • +1

I am still kicking myself for going with Enigma which went out of business.

I should have gone with Nebula.

  • this is cheaper than the recent 9070xt build, arent the 5070s meant to be more expensive?

    • We always try to do the best price possible always for OzBargain, both the RX 9070 XT and this deal is the best price in Australia as of today.

  • -1

All u rich guys want the optimum performance which is detrimental to us not so rich ordinary folk ! Thanks .

    • We have the full range of systems available for all types of users and budgets 😁. If you're on a tighter budget, we have our RX 7800 XT rigs available, specifically this one which will be the best priced 1440P machine on the market in Australia (as of today) - https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/892998.

  • slowly movin up to 5080, anytime now!

  • +1

Looking for my first PC in a long time. Would be gaming and some productivity.

Games played are Destiny 2, COD, story games like TLOU, God of War, Death Stranding etc.
This would be a 1440p system?

I’m in Melbourne. What’s support like as they are based in NSW correct ?

    • We're in Sydney yes. We organise a courier pick up and cover all expenses in parts, labour, etc, provided there is a warrantable fault. We would do remote troubleshooting until we have exhausted all options before we go down the return route to save you as much time and have as much gaming time as possible.

  • damn it makes no sense to build my own pc now……

  • +3

I'm clueless with computer stuff, but is this deal with the 5070 or the deal with 9070 xt better?

    • +3

9070xt is overall better card and being 16gb will play better in future games

      • Thanks! Future proofing is definitely important.

        • +1

Lots of people are switching to Team Red for the RX 9070 XT price to performance proposition. If you're after better performance per dollar the RX 9070 XT is a better option. However, some of NVIDIA's features may be of more use or interest to you. Typically they have better and more software support for games.

    • The 9070xt is probably the better choice, but it's also a balance on whats important to you.

I have a 4070 and would find it hard to go to a card that puts out more heat due to where my pc sits. In summer it heats up my whole study when gaming, and thats with a 200w card. The 9070xt is a 300w card, and watts equal heat (and noise to dissipate that heat).

But, i would never buy another card with only 12gb Vram after running out in Indiana Jones.

      • Thanks for the tip, yeah hadn't thought about the heat issue, which is certainly something that I would notice after a while. I do agree the 12 gb vram is a letdown given the price point and from a future proofing perspective.

  • Im assuming its the CPU that will bottle neck the cards at these build prices, anyone know how much of a decrease from peak figures to expect?
ie Is it optimal value for money at this price point getting a 50 series with lower end CPU or 40 series with higher CPU?

    • I think the peak deal was when 9800x3d released paired with 4070ti super
These deals now with never GPUs are more expensive and offer no real benefit

    • It depends on your budget. The bottle neck concept doesn't apply all the time if your games are more GPU intensive rather than CPU. Most people opt for a mid range good value CPU like the 9700X or 7800X3D for a higher end option for all all-around rig. However, we don't want to neglect the people that are after a CPU that'll work fine like the 8700F without spending the extra money.

  • Thanks Nebula. Any white build available?

    • Yes, there are a few white case options with white RAM available. No full white build available and price won't be OzBargain friendly. There's a price premium on white parts.

  • -1

how do you still have intel 8000 series CPUs lol

    • I don't, this is an AMD Ryzen 7 8700F on the latest AM5 platform. It is not an Intel 8000 series CPU.

      • -1

        Oh! that makes more sense!

        • 😁

Which one to run the new upcoming Assassin Creed game in 4K?

  • Hi Nebula, I tried sending you guys email and it kept failing to deliver for the past 4 days now. I tried PMing you guys via ozbargain as well. is everything alright ?

    • +1

      Hi,

Could you please let me know which email you've been sending it to? We've been receiving hundreds of emails over the last few days with no issues and I have replied to all OzBargain PMs. Must be a misunderstanding or mix up with another business maybe?

Our email is [email protected], you can contact us via live chat on our website as well - www.nebulapc.com.au. You can also call our direct line via 1300 553 985. All responses will be made within one business hour guaranteed.

  • Is this the GPU that is included in this build?
    Or am I missing something?

    https://www.pccasegear.com/products/68637/zotac-gaming-gefor…

    • Sorry what?

Are you comparing the price of a single GPU to the price of a whole system which includes the GPU?

    • The GPU that'll be used is an RTX 5070, depending on when you order it may be the Zotac, MSI, ASUS, GIGABYTE or Palit model. Please email us when you make your order if you'd like to know the exact model you will receive.

  • whats the different in performance between Quantum - RX 9070 XT - Ryzen 7 8700F and the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 - 12GB Ryzen 7 9700X

  • Noticed the Phoenix offer has just recently expired yesterday, any upcoming deals around the $1500-1600 range coming up? Thanks!

    • Still available, OzBargain has marked it out of stock after a certain amount of time. That would be your best-priced 1440P rig in Australia to my understanding as of today :).

      • By the way you can use the report function to get moderators to set it as long expiry, which makes it so that Ozbargin doesn't auto-expire it, you can then manually change the status to out of stock or expired when the time comes. You don't need to but I think it would make it less confusing for a lot of people and it would re-enable comments on that deal.

  • Hello dear store rep, this is my first time buying a gaming PC in Australia. Really good deal on the 5070, just curious how long it would take to deliver to Melbourne? I'm just a little too excited to get my hands on one! Thanks!

      • Hi! Still having trouble this morning though I realised I added the windows professional by accident. I readded all the components just with windows standard home edition now and code OZB_PULSAR_$500OFF is still not working. Is there another way to order? Thank you!

        • Hi,

I've made your exact configuration and used OZB_PULSAR_$500OFF and it seems to be working, please let me know if I missed anything here - https://gyazo.com/698490750f387385927c39a580d00a10.

          • @Nebula PC: Thanks for looking into it. I tried again and still not working - https://imgur.com/a/IYOBqpf
            😭😭

            • @Pigula: Ohh I think it's got something to do with the Shop app, it's really silly…

Try checking out with this link - https://www.nebulapc.com.au/checkouts/cn/Z2NwLWFzaWEtc291dGh…

              • @Nebula PC: Ohhh that worked!! Thanks so much!

                • @Pigula: All good, thank you for telling me. Gives me a better idea of what's wrong, will look into it today.

                • +1

@Pigula: So sorry for the hiccups for everyone, I've looked into the issue and it was an issue with the ruling of how the discount code determines what custom build is eligible. There was a change on the back end causing it to be not recognise some custom builds, this has now been rectified. Sorry for the trouble.

  • A 650w PSU just doesn't seem right for this.
For a 5070 you'd surely wanna go 750w atleast no?

    • No need whatsoever :). Plenty of power!

  • Hey Nebula, are there any other air cooling options aside from the stealth on the 8700F system? Not a fan of AIO but looking for something with heat pipes and/or some copper at least.

    • Not for this deal unfortuantely, only AIO options at this stage.

      • Thanks for the fast, albeit sad reply

  • Hi, I'm interested in the base model as I'm looking to get the most affordable 5070 system for my son. However, I couldn't find detailed specifications for the N5 case—could you please let me know how many ports it has and whether it includes a USB-C port?

Also, would you recommend upgrading to the MSI MAG FORGE AIRFLOW 321R ATX (Black) case in terms of airflow or future-proofing?

Lastly, if I decide to upgrade to MSI MAG A13 240 would either the N5 or the 321R be compatible?

    • Hi,

The N5 has no USB C ports. It comes with 1x USB 3.0, 2x USB 2.0 and HD Audio/Mic.

If you'd like a larger case that can house larger GPUs in future and better airflow as it comes with af front mesh panel then yes, I would recommend the 321R case.

Yes, A13 would be compatible with either case.

      • thx for your reply, i am going to checkout now. do you have any idea when i can pickup:)

        • It will be 7-10 business days from order date :). Thank you for your support! ❤️

  • I wish this came with black ram instead of white, I just don't have the $45 to change the ram. Apart from that this is a really good deal that I will hopefully be getting soon 🤞.

    • +1

Thanks legend. I can likely organise Klevv black RAM for you on your order if you prefer. Please email [email protected] and let our team know about the request. We will try our best to accommodate.

      • Thanks, potentially found some extra money I can use for this so I might be able to buy the $45 dollar upgrade. Thanks for being so accommodating.
