      Weak and pathetic excuse, and absolutely nothing prompt about the whole debacle.

      The item was shipped, and we were all expecting delivery as they had cleared customs and arrived at local DHL depot.

      No communication about a price error whatsoever for over ten days.

      Where’s that screenshot where they said they would honour orders??

        At least yours was picked up by DHL already. Mine is the same as others, "Shipment information received" dated1st of April.

        Also called Myer CS yesterdat and was told the same, investigating the issue as they have no clue what's going on.

    For those getting cancellation emails were the glasses shipped out or sitting in awaiting dispatch
    When i spoke to myer they said they will honor the price.
    So they cant say price error

    yeah, if they shipped it, then who does it belong to at that point? It's in transit, but the seller/Myer retrieves it after sending. kind of wierd. They used the purchasers to pay for shipping, then redirected the item to themselves when it reaches Australia. From what I know/my gestalt, they should have not shipped if prices were in error.

      I agree with you. It seems that most of the unshipped orders got cancelled, mostly Prada, and they used price error. But for those goods got shipped out are really hard to be captioned as price error. if so, why bother processing and sending them out>

        Have done a bit of chatgpt… After it's sent, "title"/ownership is normally recognized as belonging to buyer. Myer could be in breach of they recall after that. One "red herring" here is that the dhl tracking is faulty.

          That makes a lot of sense now why they responded us saying "their tracking is broken". but DHL will never make up or provide that faulty tracking info on their website. In order to avoid group lawsuit, although they are struggling, but their "lawyer" may have suggested to honor and resend those who had sent and recalled. End of the case.

            @kevindo: Some people earlier reported it working, then stopped. Read a bit more of this thread and think Myer is Dropshipping, then requests cancellation mid way through. Could be a pain for DHL to process and some would have got through.

              @Cave Fire: yes. mine was also arriving Sydney then recalled. I rang DHL first and was told it was recalled by the shipper. Then i called Myer straight away and the operator, by then, had absoulately no idea of what had happened. She said she would get in touch with Locoxita (apologize can never get the spelling right) and request them to resend it. They had no idea of what had happened back then. Then I hopped on here and found everybody's order got recalled the same.

    Tracking updates look promising for the new tracking.
    The old tracking still says returned for the 1st order.
    Is there a chance both orders in the one tracking.

      I wouldn't bother if I were you. We've already snapped the better than the best deal. And you placed the order with less than $99 each. If you had stacked them altogether to save the delivery charge, you would highly likely end up with OOS because you had taken 20 seconds more.

    My order is still only on information received so just spoke with Myer and apparently there is a hold on it. I have received no emails since the order apart from the DHL shipping information. Apparently there is an 'investigation' going on and I will get an email when there is a resolution. I asked why some have received already and I haven't, and the operator was surprised to hear that I know that others have received. The operator was unsympathetic and not particularly forthcoming for a 2 week old order with no activity since its origin.

    So for all those people with tracking still stuck on information received, I wouldn't get your hopes up just yet

And it seemed no one has received any Prada nor any shipping info has been updated. My blind guess is they might miscalculate on their stock?     Finally got my rayban Rb4376 tortoise and Prada OPS 51YS delivered today. Raybans are made in China feels like cheap $20 plastic Sunnies from servo. Also Prada doesn’t feel very good either even it says made it Italy. Not sure quality went downhill or they are copies.

      I’m on holiday currently and can’t comment on the quality either for the Prada.
      But noting that our package came from China, I suspect they’re not genuine made in Italy

      Quality is not great. The white Prada print is already rubbing off on the case. But that’s the norm with Luxotica. They make these things for a few $ a piece and slap a brand on them. Nothing much special about them at all. Feel pretty sturdy and solid though, and they’re much bigger than I thought they would be. Really should be polarised for what they charge at RRP.
      The RB titanium feels pretty good and the lenses are polarised. I was expecting a mirror blue lens though and it is more of a green with slight tinge of blue and no mirror. But the overall I’m not going to complain at $110 for three sunglasses. Good to have options.
