    They will lose a lot of customers once the recent recharges expires in 2026, as they no longer offer 10% off a Woolies monthly shop for Woolworths Mobile customers.

      Did they send out any updates? Last time I heard people with old plan and auto recharge still gets the 10%

        I still have the $170 for 12 months plan on auto recharge and still get the 10% but I hardly shop at woolies any more.

    yeah left Woolworth Mobile as soon as they don't offer 10% discount grocery shopping. Without the discount, their mobile price is quite high

    I'd rather stay in boost, even they claim they are using 100% telstra network, which seems not, my mate in remote area have reception with telstra while boost does not with same device.

  • Ive been with woolies mobile for nearly a year, started off good but my reception has been cutting in and out since the start of the year which makes it really unreliable and frustrating. Customer support gave me a new sim which only helped for a few days. Going back to boost in a couple of days.

  • Where did you find this info about no grocery discount? Mine is about to expire. If I renew this year, will I still get it?

      • I am still on the old $170 plan with auto recharge. Have to get a confirmation from them if I will still get it 10% off or not

        • Anyone know about this? Obviously I don't want to recharge if the 10% is gone.

          Their original email stated this:
          As you have an active Long Expiry plan and Auto-recharge set up for the same plan, you're all set and don't have to do anything! You'll automatically continue on your current plan with all its benefits, including the 10% off your in-store shop at Woolworths Supermarkets offer, even after 3 September 2024.

  • been on a monthly plan that's has the 10% monthly shop bonus, except the option has never come up during checkout at Woolies despite linking my card.
    finally have time to give them a ring about it but I've got one foot out the door looking for another Telstra network provider
