Not tracked as yet after more than 12 hrs. Think CR is going south. Have had good experiences with TopCB. So would stick to them for reliability.
Didn't track on purchase 06/04.
Sent claim to CR 14/04 (need to wait 7 days from purchase before being allowed to send claim from click history).
Email received from CR 23/04 confirming added to My Rewards.
However shows cost as US84.58 instead of US139.72, even though sent copy of invoice.

How do you get the invoice from ExpressVPN? It wasn’t emailed to me and I can’t find it on the app. Thanks!
I use desktop.
On the main page select 'Account & Billing' from the left side.
Account & Billing page will display. Then 'View' from the 'Payment History' option.
Receipts page will display. Select your payment date and receipt will display.

Good news! I have manually updated this transaction to your Cashrewards account as pending. In the meantime please allow up to 95 days for this transaction to be approved as the store needs to ensure the cooling off period has elapsed, that the item has not been returned, and that their analytics attribute the sale to CashrewardsCorrect cost now displaying in my account.

For those that attempted last time but were unsuccessful, here's what solved the tracking issue for me. Shout out to another member that walked me through it.
Only purchase the two year deal. Do not purchase any extras, eg. dedicated IP
If it DOES NOT track under 'My Rewards', make sure you view it in your 'Click History' at the very least.
If it is not showing in your 'My Rewards' section, go back to your 'Click History' and send a claim.
Make sure to keep checking your e-mail for a response to your claim. A representative from Cashrewards will ask for your 'transaction ID' - You can check this within the ExpressVPN account details of your login, in which there will be a downloadable invoice. You can send this to them as further proof if needed.
After having done this, the 'My Rewards' section of your Cashrewards account should have ExpressVPN within approximately two days.
Note:
Get in and lodge that claim early if the purchase does not track to give yourself ample time to cancel the subscription and have some patience!
