The cashback from Temu seems to be alright for me, those 100% with cap or 40-50% uncapped worked fine and paid. Just make sure you disable all adblock etc. Just take screenshots etc. as proof in case it doesn't track as you can always raise a case.

I made a claim just now, for yesterday's purchase.
"Your claim has temporarily been put 'On Ice' until we're sure your transaction won't track on its own. Once this time has passed we'll be able to submit your claim to the merchant's network for you.", being 15 April 2025.

Inform here if it's genuine and the cashback amount you get. Don't worry, if it's not tracked, you just need to claim missing cashback. My previous missing cashback last December had been paid already. My previous Temu purchase last January tracked successfully. It depends on your device and browser settings and the way you purchase until payment. Copy paste seller links doesn't work anymore for me in my Chrome mobile browser (previously no problem).

If yours is original switch, not a big problem with Hong Kong version as it is region free. Only concern is the warranty maybe. But, other comment said about no problem to get repair in USA for switch from Japan for example.

TBH, not that worried whether or not its genuine. I find that if the price is similar, it's a good chance it will be - if it's not, should be an easy return/chargeback. I've made a few big purchases and got the cashback for them, such as Galaxy Watch 7, Nothing Phone 2 and Razer mice/keyboards which passed genuine checks.

I saw a YouTube video about genuine and fake Switch OLED. The fake one has smaller box. Should be okay from Temu. If people want modded service (can download a lot of games for free), I saw at least $170 service (6 months warranty) for OLED version in fb marketplace.

Cashback is only eligible for the amount other than the credit back you have. So, if you purchase $100 with $20 credit back, only $80 will be eligible, exclude GST.
I don't believe this is true:
- Cashback is ineligible on the portion of orders paid with TEMU credit or vouchers.
How much you get back is irrelevant, but any amount paid with credit will not get cashback (from experience it will track normally but recalculate later).
My example is clear. If using Temu credit for example $20 credit and the total amount is $100 before GST, that means only $80 is eligible for cashback. I have used temu credit in the past.

I mean in the app Temu offers 50% in credit for anything you spend. So if I buy something for $100 through that offer would I get $50 in credit and also $40 cashback (less because of GST)?
My previous experience was $50 temu credit offer for around $70 purchase (I got the cashback + $50 temu credit too). That offer required checking Temu every day for 7 days.

I don't know about 50% credit that you get. If you get the offer, that means you'll get the cashback + temu credit according to the offer (50%) as long as you follow the requirement such as certain minimum amount and maybe check Temu every day for 7 days for example.
I don't use Temu app. So, if you open Temu link through Topcashback and it opens in a browser and the temu credit offer is still there, you can get both.

Yes. I only use a browser such as chrome mobile browser in my android phone. Usually I open the goods links in separate browser tabs. Then, I open Paypal in a separate browser tab, then Topcashback and tap Temu link and start shopping. Cannot use copy paste the goods links trick into the Temu webpage tab anymore (fail tracking). So, I just copy paste the title of the goods and try to find the same goods from the sellers that I want to purchase. Add them to cart and pay. That's it. I don't use Temu app.

I have ordered heaps of times with temu via top cash back. Probably had around $250 paid back to my paypal account. The wife does as well with no issues.
A few of them I have had to raise a request, but they have all come through. It does take about 3-4 months though.
Same as above…. clear cart first. Don't use the phone app. I check price adjustments every day, and i have not been declined a cash back so far.
