        Just checked the comments. Didn’t know that. The Essentials are similar in size to most other sponges we buy (Vileda etc.) so I think I’d still buy them again given the choice.

      I find the Scrub Mommy doesn't last as long. The pink "FlexTexture" side disintegrates after a couple of months, where the sponge side is fine.

          The material is good, and durable. Compared to other scourer/sponges, these are great and similarly priced.
          If you need a smiley face on your sponge scourer you may be out of luck.

    Note to self, don't joke with your partner that its cheaper than the scrub daddy because the female version is worth 75c in the $ compared to the daddy version. On the plus side the sofa isn't too bad on the back!

      Good marketing. I was gifted these as a house warming present. I actually prefer the smaller size of a Scotch Brite Scrub Sponge, which I also chuck in the dishwasher every now and then to clean.

    Not the scrub mommy but I think there was a 6 pack of scrub daddy for $20 at Aldi which works out to be just under $4 if I'm not mistaken for those who don't have prime and is looking for something similar
