45% off for a decent battery. Works out to $0.67 each with S&S.
Good price to stock up for when all those random items around the house decide their batteries are dead.

    Leaks like no tomorrow.

Much prefer Energizer Max AA Alkaline Batteries 20 Pack $13.75 at Big W and Bunnings. I've never had one leak but I have had Duracell leak.

Duracell used to have a good name and be the best choice, but they cheaped out at some point and now they are well known as 'Dura-leaks'

This brand batteries suffer from double incontinence. Don't go there.

I agree, Duracell has lost the quality they once had. I now find that Aldi Super Alkaline AA's (currently 50 pack for $14.99) to be a great compromise of value vs quality.

Duracells leak. Good way to destroy your device

  • Rechargeable batteries have been a thing for a while now…
