This promotion is open to members that successfully activate the offer as directed by Cashrewards ("Eligible Entrants"). To qualify for the one-time $3 bonus, Eligible Entrants must activate the offer first, then purchase one of the selected gift cards from the Cashrewards Gift Cards Store between April 17th 2025 12am AEDT and April 17th 11:59pm AEDT ("Promotional Period") with a minimum face value of $50 (incl.   • Bought a $50 card - how do you add the card to your Apple wallet? I did it in the past but cannot find a way to do it now :(

      Go through add debit / credit card menu in apple wallet -> continue -> enter card details manually and enter the details on the gift card and it will add it.

      To add your gift card to your mobile wallet:
      Go to the Wallet app on your mobile device
      Click on the plus icon
      Select Debit or Credit card on the next screen
      Enter your card details
      Your card has now been added to your mobile wallet

    Both of normal cashback ($1) and the bonus ($3 as shown on for-you promotion page) just showed as approved but only the $1 CB is at my rewards :(

        Strange because most CR promos had the bonus at least showing in the account, thus time its nowhere to be seen…

        • I don't mind the new method as some things I'd activate and not end up completing so I'd see a declined cashback in my list later and wonder what it was.

          I'd rather it only show in my rewards if it's actually confirmed, not so big on the 7 days wait compared to almost instant approval from before though.

          Don't know where OP copy pasted those T&Cs from though, as I don't see any mention of 7 days in my email or on the promo on the site.

          • @bamzero: I'll take my comments back, have rechecked my email and the T&C's and I can no longer find a reference to the 7 days.

            This is even more of a worry.

            Mine has been sitting as Approved since yesterday, which logically should mean it's available but it isn't anywhere to be seen. Only the $1 is there.

    Like many others, my bonus is showing as approved in "Your Promotions", but still not appearing in My Rewards. This is such poor service from Cashrewards, deserves a neg for having to waste my time to chase this up with them.

  • A couple people have mentioned they can see it listed in the promotions page. I can't find that page. Any pointers where to find it please?

    • It's in the For You menu folder, then Your Promotions. Mine shows as "Approved" and says "Once the purchase(s) is approved, the bonus will be available to withdraw in your My Rewards". But the $3 bonus is still not showing for me, and many others.

  • Don’t wanna come off as a CR fan boy (as I’ve also had my fair share of annoying outcomes with them), but they’ve stated in the T&Cs the bonus will be added within 7 days.

    As annoying as it is, we’ve still got a couple days to sharpen our pitchforks before chasing them up.

      That 7 day reference is only in the OZbargain post here. The T&Cs on CR website has no such reference I've gone over it several times…

  • Hi All, i have to raise support to CR and they are investigating on why $3 cashback not showing up. suggest to raise ticket through

    • I did this over a week ago and they sent me a message "we are looking into it" and its been silence ever since.

      Honestly they used to have the best customer service and dedicated team to respond but since ANZ took over and they made the rep redundant they have been absolutely dismal and the worst of the 3 cashback providers. Such a shame as they never had the best cashback % but had amazing assistance for any issues that arose. They were by far my most reliable.

      The gift card in this deal is functionally an Activ Visa eGift Card, so you need to use the balance check website for Activ Visa eGift Cards:

      • Tried using that site but it's apparently not working. Tried ringing the number on another visa gift card but it's request the PCN number (which this gift card does not have) - feeling a bit lost/stuck…

          There is an issue with the balance check website where it sometimes does not trigger the puzzle that you sometimes need to solve before the website will show you the balance. If you get an error message in a red box as soon as you submit your gift card’s details, refresh the page and it should bring up the puzzle for you to complete. Afterwards, enter your gift card’s details again and see whether the website will show you the balance. Additionally, I am not sure whether a VPN or adblocker would cause issues with the website, so disable those if you can before you attempt to check the balance.

          I just called the customer service number for Activ Visa gift cards (1800 985 841) and the phone menu gave me an option to enquire about transaction history on a gift card if I did not have the card details handy. Did you try that option?

          Btw, all 7-Eleven digital gift cards come with a PCN (proxy card number), but Cashrewards’ gift card portal does not provide it for some reason, and I am not sure how you could go about getting it.

            Can confirm uBlock gave me the error message in a red box as soon as I entered the gc (CR Fuel & Auto) details. Disabling uBlock let me in.
