        So I guess we need to factor in a battery replacement sooner than buying a new phone but the issue is where do you buy a good one?

        And if you can find an original they're going to cost too much anyway.

  I'm still super happy with my P7P - I feel like this is a lot of phone for $449

  P7P is a great phone, but given these could be coming on 3 years old I would say I would be hesitant without a new battery - as mine is completely shot.

    I dont have a huge amount of on screen time but my battery lasts a day with standard use and im left with about 20% when i get home. Light use sometimes up to 50% but has never run out.
    In rare cases when im using it heavy I enable battery saver and it lasts the whole day with about 6-7 screen on time with at least 20% left.

  My pixel 7 pro from December 2022 developed a pillow battery last month. Got it replaced and works like new now.

  Although the battery pillowing up in 2 years seems a bit shoddy considering my use isn't heavy by any stretch of the imagination.

    The only time where i experienced that happen to a smartphone was where it was left in a locked car for an extended period. The humidity caused the battery to pillow.
